Ways of controlling BP?
Im going to be starting a test tren and eq cycle soon...and I already have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I'm usually around 140/80.
I'm on accutane so I can't donate blood. What options do I have to keep my
blood pressure down?
Thank you

Celery seed extract, hawthorn extract, CoEnzyme Q10, watch your sodium intake, drink lots of water and watch your bloat.
Hope your running the time on + pct = time off protocol. I noticed a thread you made yesterday saying you've only been "off" for 4 weeks.
Good luck.

If you're interested I can give you instructions on how to make an eggplant drink that has helped me in the past. It's kind of lengthy so I won't bother unless you wanna know. It's some jungle magic trick. Works pretty well.

caynenne pepper, half teaspoon twice a day.
I would not be doing tren with BP issues.
Keep an eye on it....

Also..... I'd probably donate blood anyways..... you're not supposed to donate blood while on aas or hgh but people do all the time anyways.....

Do you know the reason why you have high BP?
Is it genetic, your lifestyle (eating habbits/smoking/lack of exercise etc)?
