    Talking First Cycle: Test E/Dbol/Clen

    Stats:
    Age- 22
    Years lifting- 4
    Height- 6 ft
    Weight- 222 lbs
    BF- 17% according to 3 pt. caliper measure
    Diet (Carbs/Protein/Fat)- 40/35/25 @ 3800 cals
    Goal- Recomposition

    My plan:
    Test E- 400mg once a week x 12 weeks
    Dbol - 20mg ED x 4 weeks

    Clen (60-100 mcg) @
    0/0/0/0/0/0/60/60-80/0/0/60-80/60-100/0/0/60-100/60-100 (start @ 7th week, 2 wk on/2 wk off through PCT)

    PCT (Besides Clen):
    Nolva- 40/20/20/10

    Supplements: Whey, Taurine (for Clen), Vitamins

    About the body fat, I used to be 30%+ and did not have any gyno (including pubertal), therefore I don't think that will be too much of a problem.

    If necessary, I can change the Dbol to Superdrol, as that does not aromatize to kick-start the cycle.

    And I honestly think 22 is old enough, as I have been lifting with dedication for 4 years and believe to have my diet well set-up.

    Your lifting dedication does not change the fact that your body is not finished developing. You are still producing large amounts of natural testosterone .
