alright, well. I'm 18, 6'4 in height, and my weight shifts from around 160-170. thats pretty skinny for the height I'm at, but I have an insane metabolism, burning 3500+ calories a day RESTING rate, and my body fat is 3 %. I train in mma and I workout regularly, chest and bi's twice a week etc etc. all I need to know is that at my age and body stats can I use these products?? (steroids) I don't need to worry about growth anymore being insanely tall already, but I really want to put on weight and nothing seems to work even eating alot. should I just buy a shitload of protein? I was on creatine last year and made some great gains but it dropped off in a matter of weeks after I stopped. anyways, I'm seriously considering this as I want to take my body to the next level and it seems like it doesn't agree no matter how hard I train!
I have a great workout routine that works for me and tons of trainers in my kickboxing gym who teach me how to switch things up regularly.
any advice would be great! alot of this stuff confuses me because i've never really looked into this product. thanks! - taylor
