6'2" 232lbs. ~ 14% bf diet ~ 80% protein/20carb/20fat
Eat at least 300g protein per day. Staple foods r chicken breast, egg whites, fat free cottage cheese, turkey breast, oats, Ezekiel bread, yams, sweet potato's, banana's, all natty pb, extra virgin olive oil, avacado.

6 meals/day + 2 75+gram protein shakes in fat free milk or H20 (maybe 400g protein/day lol)

I will likely have to change up my PCF ratio's when I start my cycle to get more energy to work out, something like 50/30/20?

Do 1/2 hr cardio at least 6 days/wk, sometimes 2x/day (about 1x/wk) Lift weights at least 6 days/wk, sometimes 2x/day (about 1x week) Since I upped my protein intake a few weeks ago my muscle growth has picked up noticeably.

Started a clen /t3 cycle tonight which I will run for at least 3 weeks, maybe 6. Plan to start the prop next week and var the week after, 10 weeks prop @ 100mg ED, 10-12 weeks var @ 70mg ED divided into 4 daily doses.

During prop cycle plan to use (I am very gyno prone and may adjust these depending on response):

HCG 250iu's 2x/week, possibly up it depending on response
Novladex 10mg/day
Anastrazole .25mg EOD, possibly up it depending on response
Plenty of milk thistle for the liver, re: var
vitamins throughout as usual

PCT
Drop the HCG when I wrap up the prop
Continue with Nolva, bump it to 40mg/day wks 1-2, 20mg/day weeks 3-6
Anastrazole up it to .25mg wk 1-4
vitamins throughout as usual
