    Please help with my 2nd Cycle

    I am new to forums & gear......Thanks!

    Please critique: 2nd Cycle


    I am 29 years old, 6’ tall and currently 150lbs with no visible body fat. I am very cut but (tall & fit). My first cycle was a little all over the place (i know this) although I did get great results. I have been training for about 6-years now. My diet could be better but before during and after a cycle my diet is on point. Keep in mind that I am not looking to get huge. I have currently gotten my diet back on track again.

    Here was my first cycle:
    Test Cyp 200: 2.5ml Once a week
    Deca 300: 1.5ml Once a week
    I ran that for about 6-weeks and then switched too:
    Enan 250: 1ml Twice a week
    Eq 200: 1ml Twice a week
    I ran the Enan & Eq for another 6-weeks making this a total of a 12-week cycle.

    PCT: I finished with Clomid & HCG

    I trained consistently 6-days a week. I started this cycle at 142lbs & maxed out at about 162lbs while using cell-tech. At the end of my cycle I also took a test enhancer, NMDA from muscle warfare (I was told this would help from crashing after the cycle). I have to say that everything i did worked well. I consistently trained 5-6 days a week straight for 3-months after the cycle. I had plenty of energy and strong work outs. I did break out with acne BAD towards the end of my cycle.

    It has been 6-months since my last cycle and I have kept a solid 10lbs of muscle.

    More details:
    I started the cycle with max bench press of about 225lbs. towards the end of cycle I was max bench press of about 295lbs. I am currently maxing bench press at 255lbs. (remember, I was only 6’ tall about 158lbs.) People would watch me rack weight on the bench press saying no way you are going to lift that. Then after watching me bang it out, they would always comment on my strength because of my smaller size. I was very happy with the results of my first cycle especially at such low amounts. I had a perfect body for my weight and height. No body fat! Every muscle was defined with veins showing. My quads increased dramatically as well.
    Some say my bad acne was from switching gear in the middle of the cycle.
    I was very red in the upper body area. VERY noticeable to people! Tomato head!

    I was also taking a multitude of vitamins during the cycle:
    -Multi Vitamin
    -Glutamine
    -Fish oil
    -Evening Primrose
    -Cran Extract
    -Arginine
    -BCAA’s
    -Protein
    -Creatine
    -Vitamin C
    -Milk Thistle

    Here are my questions and what I am thinking about taking for a second cycle

    : PLEASE HELP!!
    I believe that the enan & eq worked very well for me. My results significantly increased after starting the Enan & Eq my last cycle, so did the acne!

    Week 1-5

    What are suggestions on PCT???

    I did lose some sex drive at the end of my first cycle. How can I avoid this???

    I believe I only did 5000 of HCG over a 1-week period. Should I do 10,000???

    I believe I took liquid Clomid everyday for about 3-4 weeks.

    What can I do to help avoid the BAD acne??? B5???

    Is it good to taper on and off a cycle like I am showing here???

    Any way to avoid turning red besides tanning???

    Turning red is caused by the increase in body tempature??? Upper body and face.

    The advice i would give you is stop wasting your money on gear and spend it on food. 6' 150 is very small. You need to get to the diet section and fix your diet because its obvious it has some serious problems.

    You could easily gain 30 pounds naturally

    Not to mention you need to do a lot more research. You dont understand PCT. The cycle you proposed is no good. And you have no clue when it comes to HCG

    peopel here say no no to taper down... i do sust,tren and eq now. i have zero acne but i have gyno. lol !! if u block the estrogen levels. and use nolva or adex under ur cycle. do u also get less acne problems. u not need to go crazy on the hcg bro. do 500iu eod or so. that works for me. depends on how hard u are shutdown.

    Was the other thread on the same exact thing not good enough. I'll answer this one the same way. You say your diet is on track yet you are very small for your height. So without even seeing it i would have to disagree. Do not cycle. You can gain a lot naturally

    Yea I just realized I put the wrong amounts for HCG. I have tried to gain naturally and do gain some but only get so far. I have a super fast metabolism, runs in my family. My gear guy set me up pretty good with everything (I think) but yes I am still learning. He was actually impressed with my gains and how long I kept them for. Side effects were very minor. Only thing I disagree with you on is that I am happy with keeping the 10lbs of muscle. If I can run another cycle and end up keeping another 10lbs then I will be good to go with my size….I will have reached my goal. I do appreciate your advice, my questions are for learning so thank you. Reading these forums you get all kinds of different answers from people.

    Im sorry but 6' 160 after 2 cycles would not make me happy at all. Post up your exact diet including macros and im sure that will show your weight gaining problems

    Thanks Family guy! I was wrong on the amounts of HCG. That is exactly what i did last time also 500iu eod. Seemed to work pretty good for me. I just get confused with all the Different advise on here. People say don’t cycle and eat….do they have experience with a fast metabolism? Most people have a hard time losing weight, I have a hard time gaining it. Thanks again!

    Yes trust me you are not the only guy in here who is a hardgainer. But many of them have worked on their diet and gained weight naturally. Dont make steroids the easy way out because they arent. Its obvious because you are still 150 pounds after cycling

    The real answer, aside from the helpful instructions from the previous responders, is fix your diet. After cycling a few times, you should have been WELL over 150 at 6'0. Thus, you need to learn how to eat properly before starting yet another, and in my opinion, a waste of money in your case.

    I have done 1-cycle. Gaining 20lbs & keeping 10lbs is that not good? I have been off for 6-months now. I think the eq helps make me very hungry.

    Now then. In the amount of time you ran that cycle, you could have easily gained 15 pounds of LBM just from getting your diet right. So no i dont think gaining 10 pounds to get you to 150 on a cycle is good

    I personally don't care for EQ. I know marcus loves it, but I don't like it at all. If I were going to run it (which I wouldn't) it we be at a bare minimum of 600mg/week. that being said, you would be wasting your time and gear to cycle. you should read the stickies in each section.

    I just dont understand why you think we are gonna tell you to cycle. Sure its what you want to hear but it is not the right thing to do. Why would someone say "you shouldnt cycle but if you did you should do it exactly this way"?

    1-forever: red meat, poultry, lean ground beef.
    1-forever: oats, grits, brown rice, taters
    1-forever: veggies, water, milk, fruit.

    No PCT needed.

    I love this cycle. It can be used great for mass building or cutting. I run it all the time

    I am not asking if you think i should cycle or not. I don't need to hear you say that i should cycle either. I Am doing a cycle because that is the decision that I made. I have spoken to many people including my doctor and yes, they all say to eat more….I understand that. I am a very hard gainer and have tried for years to gain natural and will not get the same results as I just did from my last cycle. Money is not the problem or an issue for me. Your advice and many others is to eat more, I hear all of you and appreciate that. I am still going to cycle so I would like to get the best possible advice for doing that. Doesn’t seem like I will get that from you, I understand where you are coming from but still want to learn and have my questions awnsered. lol

    You are doing a cycle because you are stubborn and dont listen to advice. I dont care about your money or your friends. You are not physically ready to cycle. Im sorry if that hard to comprehend but im tired of trying to help just to have you waste my time. Good luck gaining your 5 pounds this cycle

    Nutritionist is a great idea also. Hard for me to see how a cycle is a waste if you get good results from it. Especially when it helps me eat even more and adds on some solid pounds! Is it hurting my body doing that little of amount per week?
