    Ephedrine dosing time issues

    I'm at odds with the most efficient time to take my ephedrine. I try to take my ephedrine about an hour before my workout and on an empty stomach, but I also don't want to eat my pre-workout meal so long before the workout that I; A: lose energy part way through an intense workout, and B: if my workout and cardio lasts about 2 hours, that'll be over 3 hours between my pre and post workout meals, too long if you as me. Can someone give some input on this issue? Can I take the ephedrine with food?

    I used to take an ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack with my preworkout protein and it worked out well for me. I cut out all that sort of stuff nowdays.

    Ephedrine can be taken with or without food.

    Although i've do both methods, I do notice a difference if I take on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to my meal.

    Better absorption in the blood stream and quicker; you don't have just digested macro's in your blood.

    I take mine 15-20 mins b4 workout and then 4 hours after that and thats about it for me. Just make sure you give yourself 4 hours in between each dose.

    Not so, that's right when you should be eating - every 2.5-3hrs right? Plus absorption is optimized because your bloodstream and glycogen depletion.

    Can I take the ephedrine with food?
    Yes, and follow the timing the guys outlined above. Just be sure not take it so late that interferes with sleep - this varies depending your bedtime and receptor saturation, but you can work that out experientially.
