    Dianabol/Test E or sustanon 250/Deca cycle

    Im want to run a 2nd cycle, my first cycle was trenbolone E 200 at 2 ml's a week and T-bol at 40 mg every day. I liked the strength I got out of the cycle even though it was only half the cycle. I wasnt able to recieve the other half due to my source being busted. non the less i liked what strength i got out of it would have loved to get alot more tho.

    2nd cycle
    week 1: 3 tabs of d-bol everyday 1ml of sustanon on monday and sunday 1ml of deca on thursday. start using 10mg of nolvadex at day 3 from then on and watch sodium intake.

    week2: 4 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml of deca on wednesday 1ml of sustanon on saturday.

    week 3: 5 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml deca on tuesday 1ml sustanon on friday

    week 4: 7 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml deca on monday 1ml sustanon thursday 1ml deca sunday

    week 5: 9 tabs dbol everyday 1 ml sust on wed, 1ml deca on sat.

    week 6: 9 tabs dbol everyday 1ml sust tuesday 1ml deca friday

    week 7: 7 tabs dbol everyday 1 ml sust monday 1ml deca thursday 1ml sust sunday

    week 8: 5 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca on wed 1ml sust on saturday

    week 9: 4 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca tuesday 1ml sust friday

    week 10: 3 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca monday 1ml sust thursday 1ml deca sunday

    arms are about 18 and 3/4 to 19 right now, chest about 52

    If there are any alternatives or modifications anyone would recommend, my ears are open. here looking for advice and all will be taken into consideration.

    proper pct will be taken. my diet does need work so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, need to find my bodyfat percentage, im 5'9 236 right now carrying more than what bodyfat I would like to be. any other info yall might need just ask. I really want to get on this and do something with this.

    I would like to add a good amount of mass and drop a good amount of bodyfat as well, If I could add alot of strength and mass and atleast drop some bodyfat ide be happy

    My debut will be is similar to this cycle youre planning

    1-6 dbol 50mg/day
    1-10 test enan 600mg/week
    1-10 deca 400mg/week

    i cant understand what you are trying to do with your rotating days of injections.

    Also if your ar high bf like you say. d-bol test and deca isnt a good cycle for you. if you are ready for anything

    thanks for the input so far guys, i havent gotten around to getting a bf% but ide estimate between 20 and 30% i know its a little much but ive come to the conclusion i should be focusing more on diet first, what iam asking now is would anyone know of a good way/diet to get rid of as much bodyfat as possible in about 2 months? I could do with getting stronger and cutting up before even starting a mass building cycle

    good call, head to the diet section and list your current diet and let the pro's tweak or redesign it for you

    Diet and cardio are going to be your main concerns for the moment. I will through up a diet template for you to post up in the diet section to help speed things up for you. You will need to start checking the macros on your food, and keeping track of what times you are eating.

    I only put up 4 meals to save space, but you need to be eating around 6 meals a day, no more than 3 hours apart.

    Meal 1:

    Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    What do you guys think of this to cut up and get my bodyfat lower?

    Meal 1:
    2 scoops whey protein
    15 raw almonds
    3,000 mg fish oil
    1,300 mg evening primrose oil
    meal 2:
    6 oz. Chicken (measured after cooking)
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
    meal 3:
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
    meal 4:
    6 oz. Chicken
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
    meal 5:
    6 oz. Chicken
    15 raw almonds
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
    meal 6:
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
     
    *** feel free to use zero calorie condiments like: Butter spray, mustard, salt, etc…***

    *** you may use crystal light in your water if you would like***
     
    *** once per week have an additional 500 calories added to meal 6. It can consist of whatever you want***

    Yeah, sub out some of those Protein drinks for something like fish. And some of your smaller meals, I would throw in some tuna in place of the drinks. You can keep a Pre work out drink or post workout drink, and maybe Casein protein right before bed.

    With the green beans and broccoli, you can throw other veggies in there since you are trying to get fibrous carbs. Complex carbs (which I dont see in your diet) are ok, but I would get the majority of those in the morning through lunch, and taper down towards night.

    Just try to keep as much real food in your diet as possible.

    try throwing in some lean beef and fish, you'll soon tire of chicken and thats when the diet wanders of track.

    so how would you guys tweak up this type of diet? its a pre-contest cutting diet thats supposed to strip off a good amount of bodyfat which is what I want, I wont be competing any time soon or anything i just want to strip off bodyfat, also ill be doing this natural but i still wanna put on strength. would yall reccomend staying natural on this kina diet of get on somethin like wistrol or anavar ? I just really want to start off my last yr of college looking good, ive spent alot of time trying to get there but i really want to have a good year and have a body worth showing off... also how much of a difference would a diet like this make assuming I stick to it 100% what kinda results should i expect more or less in about a month or 2?

    Well, just use the examples we gave you.

    Something like this:

    -Meal 1:
    8oz Chicken
    1/2 Cup whole grain Pasta
    or
    Bowl of plain oatmeal
    15 raw almonds
    3,000 mg fish oil
    1,300 mg evening primrose oil

    -meal 2:
    1 - 2 cans Solid white Tuna
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)

    -meal 3:
    8 oz Fish
    1/2 cup whole grain Pasta
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional) or bell peppers, cauliflower, etc

    I will just assume this is workout time

    -meal 4 (PWO):
    Whey Protein Drink
    1/3 cup long grain brown rice
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)

    -meal 5:
    6 oz. Chicken or fish
    15 raw almonds
    1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
    1 small baked potato (plain, or 'I cant believe its not butter' spray)

    -meal 6:
    1 - 2 scoops Casein protein
    or
    1/3 cup no fat cottage cheese

    Of course this is just an example, and you should get it tweaked by the guys in the diet section, but it will get you started.
