Im want to run a 2nd cycle, my first cycle was trenbolone E 200 at 2 ml's a week and T-bol at 40 mg every day. I liked the strength I got out of the cycle even though it was only half the cycle. I wasnt able to recieve the other half due to my source being busted. non the less i liked what strength i got out of it would have loved to get alot more tho.
2nd cycle
week 1: 3 tabs of d-bol everyday 1ml of sustanon on monday and sunday 1ml of deca on thursday. start using 10mg of nolvadex at day 3 from then on and watch sodium intake.
week2: 4 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml of deca on wednesday 1ml of sustanon on saturday.
week 3: 5 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml deca on tuesday 1ml sustanon on friday
week 4: 7 tabs d-bol everyday 1ml deca on monday 1ml sustanon thursday 1ml deca sunday
week 5: 9 tabs dbol everyday 1 ml sust on wed, 1ml deca on sat.
week 6: 9 tabs dbol everyday 1ml sust tuesday 1ml deca friday
week 7: 7 tabs dbol everyday 1 ml sust monday 1ml deca thursday 1ml sust sunday
week 8: 5 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca on wed 1ml sust on saturday
week 9: 4 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca tuesday 1ml sust friday
week 10: 3 tabs dbol everyday 1ml deca monday 1ml sust thursday 1ml deca sunday
arms are about 18 and 3/4 to 19 right now, chest about 52
If there are any alternatives or modifications anyone would recommend, my ears are open. here looking for advice and all will be taken into consideration.
proper pct will be taken. my diet does need work so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, need to find my bodyfat percentage, im 5'9 236 right now carrying more than what bodyfat I would like to be. any other info yall might need just ask. I really want to get on this and do something with this.
I would like to add a good amount of mass and drop a good amount of bodyfat as well, If I could add alot of strength and mass and atleast drop some bodyfat ide be happy
