    Can this be correct ?

    I'm 10 weeks in on my test 400 cycle. Been eating really clean , lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio a few times a week . I went to the gym today and had them test my LBM and body fat since I check it every 4-6 weeks. Here are the results compared to 4 weeks ago

    height; 75"
    body frame; medium
    body fat; 20.5%
    fat weight; 46.6 pounds
    lean (fat-free) weight; 181.3

    7/5/2010
    age; 32
    weight; 236
    height 75"
    body frame; medium
    body fat: 15.8%
    fat weight; 37.4
    lean ( fat-free) weight. 198.7

    I can believe gaining 16.4 pounds of LBM but what has me shocked is dropping the 4% body fat while bulking on 400 mgs of test. This is my first cycle and prior to it I had low test levels.

    I wouldnt take much notice of those machines but you do seem to be going in the right diretcion, well done keep on going!

    Definately attainable gains, looks good. Dropping a bit of fat is normal with the extra muscle working off calories. Out of curiousity, why did you start this cycle with such high bodyfat? What is your weekly dosage? a single shot of T400? Are you splitting it?

    I dont know why I started with such a high percentage of body fat. I knew before hand that I should have been bleow 15% but My test levels were low and I just wanted to get them up quick. I have experienced no sides either. No acne, no gyno, no sensitive nipples no nuts shrinking . Only side is my sex drive is threw the roof and I want to bang everything I see. My weekly dosage is a total of 400 mgs and I shoot 200 mgs twice a week. My next test 400 cycle I will shoot 3 times a week though to keep my blood levels more steady with the prop ester.

    those machines are BS, i used to work for fitness first who used them as part of a incentive package, i tested myself one morning and was 16% bf, the next morning i was 12% according to the machine!

    Besides, if you're body fat stays the same but you increase muscle mass, then body fat still goes down because you are measuring it as an percentage of your total mass, get it!? I wouldn't read too much into your numbers other than that you've gained a lot of muscle and that you started at a too high body fat percentage.

    That make sense right there and thats why. For some reason I did not take that into consideration.
