I'm 10 weeks in on my test 400 cycle. Been eating really clean , lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio a few times a week . I went to the gym today and had them test my LBM and body fat since I check it every 4-6 weeks. Here are the results compared to 4 weeks ago

I can believe gaining 16.4 pounds of LBM but what has me shocked is dropping the 4% body fat while bulking on 400 mgs of test. This is my first cycle and prior to it I had low test levels.
