Lol.. Actually ive been training for about 6 years now all natural, im in very good shape, I just feel like ive hit a wall and im thinking about trying something out to get over that wall.. Im 6'1 200+lbs. I currently hit the gym 3-4 times a week and havent dieted for some time now, thats why I said im going to be hitting the gym hard and dieting, I want to do it right if im going to do it at all.
Soo am I going to get any help on this forum or should I look elsewhere?
