first cycle help

Hi

After 2 years of deluding myself into thinking an all oral tbol or dbol cycle would be good, i have finally bitten the bitter bullet and decided to take on needles.

I intend to cycle 10 weeks of test e. I think i will inject twice weekly, halving the dose.

I have a few questions if you wouldn't mind indulging me!

1. HCG ?- whats the protocol. I really can't find anything info on how i would put the stuff together.
2. Is there anything i need to be considering apart from the following aspects?
- diet
- good ptc ( nolva and clomid)
- clean injections
