    Exclamation Need some advice PLEASE!!!

    I have a few questions regarding my possible first cycle.

    First off, I am 32 years old, 5'8" and 172. I have been working out 4+ days a week for over a year (before the past year, I worked out, but not very consistently... anywhere from 1 - 4 days a week depending on the week)

    My diet is pretty good (aka – low fat & low simple carbs) and my protein intake is about 170g daily (higher on workout days)

    OK, so with that background info taken into account, here is what I was planning on doing:

    Weeks 1-12:
    Testosterone Propionate - 100 mg / EOD
    Primobolan - 600mg / per week


    So as you can see, I am really looking for more of a cutting cycle than a bulking cycle.

    My questions are as follows:

    1) With the prim, to do 600 mg week, how often should I take it and at what amounts? Needles don't bother me so I could care less if its 100mg a day or 600 mg all at once, I just want the best results.

    2) Is there anything else I should take DURING the cycle, and if there is, what would it be and in what dosage?

    3) I have read a million things about PCT and the more I read, the more confusing it gets... What is a really good PCT for this cycle? If possible, can you please break it down to what med. what dosages, and how often?

    I am sorry for asking so many questions, I just want to do it the right way and your advice would be a huge help!

    What exactly are your goals? Certain weight?

    My goal is to get more cut. I have put on quite a bit of size, so now it's time to cut up for summer.

    My weight is 172 (14%bf)

    woops... and I would like to get back to about 5% bf (this is where I was about 3 years ago when I got out of the Navy)

    5% ?! And you have how much time to accomplish this?

    I am eating about 170g protien daily (more on work out days). Keeping fat below 25g, Keeping simple carbs at 0 (well, as close as possible to 0),

    Lets just say flank steak, chicken, tuna and vegies have become my good friends! (ok, I admit, I do cheat and eat fruit, it's summer after all)

    lol... I am not saying this one cycle is going to get me to 5% I am just saying that is my goal and this is the starting point

    How much cardio are you doing?
    What training are you doing?

    PS, I bet your diet can be tweaked to work better for you

    I do cardio on my "off" days, so 2 - 3 times weekly. Mostly biking
    As far as weight training, depending on the day, i focus on B&B, C&T, legs, then a wrap up day of abs, cavs, and forarms

    oh, when I say biking, i do about 20 - 30 miles and try to keep my speed at an agverage of 18-20mph. the rout has a lot of huge hills, so that speed is an ass kicker

    Skip the cycle. The only cycle you need to worry about is the one you are riding on those hills.

    You are at 14% BF right now, which isnt too bad, but still a little on the high side when it comes to steroids. But, that is not why I dont want you to run it....

    First, lets take a close look at your diet. I will post up a 'template' further down on how I want you to lay out your daily food intake. This will require you to check all the labels on all your food, making sure you put down what time you eat what and so on. After you have gathered all your information, I want you to lay it out in the template form I gave you and post it in the diet section:

    Make sure to post up all your stats (Age, height, weight, BF%, goals, etc) and ask for them to critique it. Keep in mind you do not have to use or do any of the advice they give you, but, a majority of it will be very helpful.

    ^^^Read them over very carefully. You will start to notice a pattern in the diets.

    The bottom line is this, you have the ability to drop more BF naturally. As a matter of fact, it doesnt matter what cycle you run, steroids do not burn fat. Before you jump into steroids, do me a favor and get the new diet going first. Stay dedicated to it, and dont get detered.

    Please be one of the few smart ones who waited before cycling. Your goals are very obtainable, and you dont need steroids to get them.

    Here is the 'template' (I only list 3 meals to save space, you should be eating around 6 meals a day, no more than 3 hours apart, even on a cutting diet):

    Thank you, I will take your advice and start tracking things a bit closer (I am already doing the 6 meals a day part)

    IF is was to still do the cycle (gaining more size is never a bad thing even if my diet needs tweeked while I am on on it) do you have any advice on the other questions I have?

    5% body fat is down at the competition level and is very unhealthy to stay at for any extended period of time. 8-10% is a better level for maintenance I think but that's only my .02

    As GR4 has stated, diet is the key for cutting fat along with cardio. It sounds like you are doing good on the cardio

    This part of my advice you will prob not like. You will have to read the stickies on our site here for that info. I just dont answer those questions unless I feel the person is ready for a cycle. I am not avoiding your questions, I just cant in good conscience give answers I am not comfortable giving to people. Nothing personal.

    I respect that, it shows you care, so thank you.

    Anyone else care to share the thoughts (good or bad). The only reason I am pushing the subject is I already have the products for the cycle I am asking about and it's a pretty big chunk of change to have spent and not use it. So if I do, I want to make sure I do it right while also taking in into account the advice given by G4R.

    Put it away and save it until you are ready to gain some size, not cut but make sure you have your body fat under 15% and have hit a peak in your natural size/gains before using or you are still just wasting your money.

    Show some restraint and dont use it. It wont help you for what you are looking to archive for now.

    How long will it stay good if it is not used now? It is in sachets.

    That stuff wont go bad for a long time. Just keep it at room temp and out of sunlight, like in a drawer or cupboard.

    I have some deca that is like 4-5 years old (when I got it when I first went into the military and was worried about getting popped on a drug test) think it is still good? I am out now, and it has been stored in a shoebox in my closet.
