    sus500 help !

    if im taking sus500 & my cycle is almost finished.
    do you guys think it would be alright if i jumped on rpn Havoc ?
    or would that be too harsh for my body ?

    height - 5.7
    weight - 192
    bf% - n/a
    diet details ?
    training exp - been lifting for 2 yrs
    pct knowledge - was thinking of jumping on kickstartRX
    goals - 215lbs

    Not trying to be a dick, but if i was you i would head over to the PCT sub-forum and read all the stickies IMMEDIATELY before you finish your cycle and screw yourself up. kickstartRX is bullshit advertising.

    alright my bad at first i thought you was dissin me.
    but yea my bf % came out 13.4 %

    What I mean by diet details, is, what does your diet look like? What are you eating to help you get to your goal of 215lbs?

    well jst alot of pork chops, steak, rice, but those are mostly for dinner
    breakfast isnt that good, just cereal, toast, saimin & protein

    this needs alot of work, head around to the diet section and post up your full days diet and they will tell you options of better things to eat, if you dont have the diet the cycle is basically as waste of time and money
