    First test e cycle question- Nutrition

    Hey,
    I started my test e cycle yesterday, I read from varying people that it takes approx 3-4 weeks for the drug to take effect. My question is, when should I start eating my 5000 calories a day and not gain fat because the drug would be active? ie: Immedietly, 2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks, when I feel the test?

    I always start off easy on my diet and work it up to full calories by the end of second week. But I always feel the test start working early on...so that usually increases my appetite.

    I think you're a bit young to cycling, and you should have focused on reducing body fat prior to beginning your cycle,

    but out of curiosity, what is your 5K cal a day diet like?

    At 17% bf, you probably don't need 5k cals.

    Thanks for the input. For cals I dont have a set right yet, im guessing between 4.2-5k from what ive read my maintenance is approx 3500. Im still researching what to eat and when so I dont have meals broken up yet, all though I have many of the key foods:

    80-chicken breasts, egg whites brown rice ect....

    Ill have it made up in a few days. Im open to tips though.

    Your BF is high for a cycle, and you have not started to change your diet until now, after you started your cycle?

    As for as diet goes, I had changed it for the past few months strict designed to cut with clean foods, I was planning on continuing this until the test kicks in to shed a few extra and then up the calories to the point where I would grow.


    Edit: I have clomid, nolva and armidex for pct and incase to help combat sides if they appear.

    Also on calorie intake I work 60 hours a week at a very labour intensive job so I may possibly need to eat more than I for casted, As of now im eating 2200 a day and losing approx 2lbs a week(water, muscle, fat) Im going to up my calories at the end of week 2, increase meal frequency , now im researching what to eat and when. Ill post a sample diet tomorrow for you all to critique.
