    Still a gear newbie but would like to run again.

    Current stats
    37
    6foot3
    235 pounds
    under 10% bf
    give or take a year or two 20 years of lifting experience, havent missed more than 2 weeks more than a handful of times over my years.

    Previous cycle history.

    first time ran some test prop on its own for 3 weeks, stopped due to gyno symptoms and read up this and that. Put on ten pounds of water, lost it after I came off etc.

    2nd time, ran a low dose test prop/tren ace pinning ed with 2 weeks on clen and off for a ten week cycle back in 2004

    3rd cycle at the beginning of this year.
    ran anavar at 50mg's for about 5 1/2 months give or take a week. Nothing else...my source dried up and thats all I had. However at that point I wasn't interested in getting any bigger. I simply wanted to strip of more visceral bf with morning cardio and diet and weight training and that did happen to some degree. I'm aware that var isnt a mass builder and isnt really ideal for getting big. Given my advanced age lol and the fact that I wanted the lowest possible negative sides associated with the usage, I chose var.

    I train pretty frequently. At least 6 times a week and have since I was a wee lad. I do a mix of p90x style routines that I evenly split up with heavy weight and lighter high rep days. I pretty much do something different everytime I work out for a rotation of about 3 different styles and then go back to beat the last one. I plan on training 2 times a day however now implementing morning cardio/sprinting and afternoon weights. More so isolating excersizes as opposed to compound movements.

    Goal

    I would prefferrably like to put on about 10 pounds of muscle and strip off the remainder bf until i'm about 5 to 7%.

    I'm kinda prone to balding...I'm not a fan of water rentention and i'm ok to stick. I have avodart for the bald thing...did var without test to minimize the water rentention.

    I am however open to suggestions.

    Currently...my buddy who no longer does gear has primoteston depot about 10 one ml ampules.
    about 100 10mg tbol caps.
    150 20mg var tabs
    Some other test enth
    nolvadex, clomid, I believe some deca...and some other stuff I'm sure I can find.

    However...regardless of that...what would be the best thing keeping the sides down to a minimum of course and considering i'm not looking for a HUGE 40 pound weight gain etc...just 10 to 15 solid pounds and some bodyfat reduction.

    Please dont come at me with diet harder and train harder...I've plateaued at this weight and have been here at this weight for over 10 years. I want to step it up at my age.

    When you started to develop the gyno, how did you get rid of it? Did you run letro? If you are gyno prone, have you run any compounds such as adex during cycle to prevent gyno symptoms and control your estrogen levels?

    Its odd that you had that much bloat on test prop though.

    yeah i came off right away and grabbed some nolva when i realized i needed it. i ran arimidex and nolva on the last cycle and it worked quite well... i assume your leadinginto me running some type of test huh? thanks for your input
