I mean im not too strict about my diet. I can basically eat anything and not gain or lose too much. My weight fluctuates from 212 to 217 easily depending on my calorie intake. So you think i should not run primo because it will cut my bf too low? I heard primo is good for gaining strength nd low water retention thats why i was considering it.
