This is my first cycle and I'm trying to mass gain/bulk gain as much weight as I can until I begin cutting. I spoke to a friend of mine and he told me taking : Dbol, sustanon 250, and nolvadex and clomid. I'm wondering why it's necessary to take 2 estrogen blockers :s which sound stupid. Also how much Dbol should I take... First week I decided 20 mg, increase to 40 after my body is used to it, and sustanon I don't know. And I don't even know how I'm supposed to stack it when to take what! Please help me. I was told 10 mg in the morning since your body takes more in the morning, and split 5 mg for lunch, and night. After a week 10 mg, 10 mg, 10 mg with zma to make me pass out. How do I take the sustanon and when do I take the estrogen blocker. I'm on a 3500 calorie diet, very serious about my diet! I'll be moving from 4 to 6 workout days, with a great increase of weight. Please help, I'm a gear virgin lol. And I'm choosing to take creatine as pct. During my cycle I'll be taking a mass gainer to move my diet to 5000 calories with more food, and aminos, and protein, with a pre-workout drink(NOX or Jack3d) also zma to put me to sleep.
