    clen again.

    i just had my first dose of clen this morn at 20mcg.got my taurine,
    my q is its supossed to be cycled 12 weeks, 2weeks on 2weeks off so alltogether your only actually taking clen for 6 weeks yea?

    2 wks on 2 wks off is a good protocol.

    Also if im doind a high protien,mod carbs and low fa diet will i lose muscle,is there anything i can do extra to keep my muscle.

    ahh rite so six weeks is good protocol but it could be done for longer?why do they reccomend 6 weeks?

    I would adjust calories daily to suit your body, I prefer carb cycling which would hold onto more muscle tissue than a restriction of carbs or thats what I like doing. Increase your cardio and slsowly adjust your diet try and cut with the cardio rather than restricting the food, clen is good and does help in keeping you anabolic .
