questions about my first cycle
I've been readin the threads but cant find exactly what im looking for.. I will be starting my first cycle in a couple weeks. I had gyno surgery a few weeks back and wating to fully recover before i start training again. The gyno was caused by using prohormones when i was younger. Now im pretty sure im prone to gettin gyno so im tryin to learn and find out as much as i can before i start a cycle. I was playin on takin 500mg/week for 14 weeks of test cyp.. Im gettin confused about the whole pct thing. I do have Nolvdex coming in 20mg tablets. Some people say in the threads to use it after a cycle and some say during. I believe im prone to gyno and want to know the best way to cycle so i dont get it again. What is the best way to go about this?? Thank you

After reviewing your history you've already made a few threads regarding this same topic. I didn't bother reading through each thoroughly but I'm assuming you didn't find the answer you were looking for hence this thread.
If your confused on cycling and pct read the educational threads along with the rest of the stickies.

Yes I have posted and keep lookin threw the threads but can't find a straight answer. Just lookin for good advice about this.

Alright. What exactly is ldex?? And is there anything else u recommend. How long should I run the nolva for pct

You are still just a bit too young for steroids IMO. What is your BF%, and what are your goals?
Diet, what does it look like?

10% bf. my goals is to take my body to the next level. ive been training since i was 15. my diet is very clean i eat every 2 hrs high protein moderate carbs

So you are looking to add more size? While the diet may be clean, it may not be suited correctly for your goals. Do me a favor before you go any further, list out your diet in detail for me. I will put up a template for you to use.
I only put 4 meals on there to save space, I assume you are eating around 6 meals. Just list all of them please.
Meal 1:
