I have access to test-450, looking for advice on if for a first timer this would be (1) a good start to just run solo. I'm on a high protien diet, medium carb and medium fat intake. Do i need to run something like Nolva with this or wait to run as a pct? plan 1ml per week. I've posted before about taking anadrol solo, and thanks for the guys who've talked me out of that. (2) I would also like to lean out durring this cycle, will increased cardio be enough?
