Thread: test-450 first cycle.

    test-450 first cycle.

    31 year old male
    6' 200 lbs 15%bodyfat
    Training 4 years


    I have access to test-450, looking for advice on if for a first timer this would be a good start to just run solo. I'm on a high protien diet, medium carb and medium fat intake. Do i need to run something like Nolva with this or wait to run as a pct? plan 1ml per week. I've posted before about taking anadrol solo, and thanks for the guys who've talked me out of that. I would also like to lean out durring this cycle, will increased cardio be enough?

    -25g whey protien as soon as i wake up
    breakfast
    2 whole hardboiled eggs two egg whites
    mixed fruit

    mid morning snack. protien bar 22g protien 25g carbs

    lunch, 8 oz chicken breast
    mixed greens
    cottage cheese

    afternoon snack beef jerkey or protien bar

    Dinner
    10oz burger 90/10 lean beef on whole wheat bun
    baked sweet potato with butter
    mixed vegetables

    20g cassien protien before bed.

    training days include a 40g whey protien shake after workout usually with some simple carbs like jelly beans

    Ok, many things need to be fixed here. Now, what are your main goals? You said you wanted to lean out, right? You def need to cut BF before starting any cycle. Have you checked out our diet section yet? If not, here are some links you need to start with:

    my ultimate goal is to be around 12-12.5% bodyfat with about another 15lbs of muscle on my frame so i'd like to be around 205lbs at my bodyfat goal. I've packed on some lean mass latley reading all the hype about how putting on muscle mass makes it easier to burn fat. From my expierience Its b.s.

    I find it much harder to burn fat while putting on muscle mass, but thats just me.

    But like I said, lets get you on a good cutting diet for a while, get you down to around 12% BF, then you can worry about the cycle.

    sounds good. will do. Can't guarantee I'll get all they way down to where i wanna be without getting impatiend and starting. Thanks for the help though.

    Sounds like G4R gave you good plan,i would also submit that if you use t450 there is a good chance it will not feel to good and you and you will have to cut it.i would suggest getting some normal dosed test such as 200/ml or 250/ml. I also think you will be much hapier with your cycle if you get down to 10-12% bf before hand.good luck.

    any suggestions what to cut with? i've heard people say grapeseed oil. The t-450 looks pretty thick and viscous already is oild really the best to cut it with?
