Well... Two things first:
1.- If you had taken the trouble of using the search tool for 5 min. You would've gotten your answer, but anyways...

That being said...
Starting from 100mg/ed of anavar you'll get the best results.
As far as general experience, the more the better.

As far as halo... There're a lot of things to consider... You can try starting with 20mg/ed and see how you fell from there... I've never met anyone using more than 40mg/ed for more than 6 weeks, and 40mg/ed seemed like a very strong dose (You would have to see the guys i'm talking about)
