    PLEASE could i get some help on first cycle and pct!

    ive been training for 2 years now and ive dicided to start my first cycle. i didnt want to start out heavy so i have 10ml of tri sus 250 10ml of nandrodec 300 and 100 10ml dbol i was planning on doing a 5 week course at 1 ml of deca and sus everyday 6 days and 4 dbol a day, as far as pct goes i really wanted to know if there was any need in me doing hcg clomid etc

    im 5,11 20 years old and around 165 pounds, thanx guys

    There's so much wrong here, I'm not sure where to start.

    I know it's tempting to take the easy way out, and try steroids , but 1) at your age your going to do more harm than good, 2) it's clear from your stats that you really, really need to learn how to eat to gain weight first! 3) that cycle sucks, and 4) PCT is crucial, so please keep reading and researching, paying special attention to the diet/training forum.

    so basically your saying dont start, this is the infomation i was looking for, i look at posts but because there not directly relevent to me and my body its hard to fully understand. for instance what is a good cycle how old do you recommend i should start!

    and i do know my diet is a problem, im a very keen athelete and compete professionaly in swimming and rock climbing and have been "blessed" with an extreamly quick metabolism so gaining weight has always been a problem for me

    Yes, I'm definitely saying don't start!

    There's lots of good cycle info on this site, which you should spend the next few years reading until you're ready (physically) to cycle.

    As far as gaining, "I have yet to meet anyone who's body just wouldn't respond to food".

    Head to the diet forum, and they'll get you straightened out.

    Trust me, you'll be amazed what a good diet will do.

    thankyou very much for all your info, i guess i was just eager to rush into things after seeing people in the gym lifting so much. i know its deffinitly not the attitude to have but it is hard not to become curious. i suppose you havnt told me exactly what i wanted to hear in terms of when i should start but the last thing i want to do is damage my body.

    if i could get 1 more peice of advise that would be brilliant, as far as protiens, creatines etc can you recommend the brands that have best worked for you and what you take to help with your training! the amount of companys out there are endless!

    I have not taken a cycle, here to do alot of research first, but as far as protein and other supps, straight protein I like Myofusion, for a weight gainer- Animal Real Gains, Preworkout supp- Superpump 250 or Jack3d. There is alot of companies out there and I know I have spent way to much money on way to much crap but those above are my "favorites". Good luck brother!
