First Post, new to forum, seeking advice

Hey guys, I'm new to forum.. as a matter of fact...I never use chat forums of any type, however I am researching aas. I am a dedicated lifter with 6 years training now, but in the past nine months my training took a big hit with a new job 60 hrs a week and ALOT of stress. I have done the best I can to maintain what I've built in the past 6 years, and it makes me sick to see my body getting very gradually softer (I have maintained quite well despite the stress) My goal was always to build the size and bulk naturally as far as I could take it... then I was going to ponder aas. With my job costing me alot in the way of time and feeling as though I've lost ground in the gym, I was thinking soon might be the time to rededicate myself to the gym full time and get my body ready for a first ever aas cycle. Now, my advice seeking is this.... I work in a professional place and I am manager... if I were to use aas, the gains could NOT be dramatic ones... and I could not tolerate alot of side effects. What would be a few good options if I were looking for 10 to 15 pounds TOPS of muscle and minimal sides. I wear dress style clothes, but my bulky frame shows through the shirts I wear... at the same time it somewhat hides it, but there is NO mistaking my bodybuilding past... however I cannot just balloon up! It would raise eyebrows... any suggestions guys?

Thank you. I suppose some stats might be helpful. First off, I'm no kid at 34. I started somewhat later but after some anxiety about whether I could bulk up naturally approaching 30, I found there was alot of misinformation out there after I would say my first 2 years, I had added substantial mass. I'm 6 feet tall, around 220 right now.. so I am not exactly a small guy, hence my hesitation about doing anything like the standard "bulk" dbol-test type cycle. I simply cannot weigh 250 pounds, not just for the sake of my job (which is a hefty consideration) but for my health as well. People already comment on my size... so I do not wish to draw more attention...bodybuilding is a thing I love for myself. To be honest.. I naver have used a bf measurement, but if I had to guess I would say I am around 15 percent.. I'm not not exactly lean but by no means "fat" the upper portion of my abs are visable... I do carry some fat in my lower region. My goals are basically to enhance the body I built naturally, to weigh no more than 230... add slight size increase with better definintion. to prepare, I'm thinking of hitting the gym with a few months of lighter weights, more cardio, and a clean diet...maybe shed some fat and come out 210, 215 before attempting my first "real" cycle. the only other exp. I have was with m1t like...3 years ago? I bought it thinking it was not a "real" steroid. I was shocked at the effect it had on my body. After that, I did research on it....found out that it was REAL and used it carefully. Still... I could not use something like that now... the effects were too dramatic. Any ideas?

You seem to have the right attitude going at this. You are wanting to get your BF down some (which is good, we recommend 12% or lower before starting any cycles) and work on your cardio and training. This is all very smart to do.

My first thought would be to get you on a good cutting diet. I will post up a diet template, and I want you to gather all your daily diet info (what you eat, what times you eat, what the macros are) and using the template, put up your diet. Post it in the Diet section:

From there, also put up all your stats and your goals. Dont worry about mentioning steroids, they are of no concern to us right now. Let the pros in the diet section critique your diet to fit your goals. Do all of this, and you are going to be amazed at your results.

Now, I only show 4 meals to save page space. You should be eating around 6 meals a day, no more than 3 hours apart. Here is the template to work with:

    Meal 1:
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    Meal 2:
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    Meal 3:
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    Meal 4:
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)
Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    Etc. etc. etc.

Total: (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

Thanks for the welcome, and I have a TON of questions... but I realize it takes time to learn the ins and outs of something this complicated.
