Heres my diet - I train between 730 and 830
6:30 15-20 egg whites and oatmeal
9:30 Steak and baked potato
11:50 Chicken breast and baked potato
3:00 Chicken breast and 3 oz pasta
6:00 Chicken breast and salad
7:30 Nitro-Tech and ¾ cup raisins
8:30 Nitro-Tech, oats, ntrl pnut buttr,
9:30 15-20 egg whites, Casien protein
at the moment im just wanting to put on as much weight as possible, weighing 210 by september would be my goal

Do a search on the site of Dbol only... You will see.
You are still too young. Your body is producing mass amounts of natural testosterone on its own.
What you need is a good bulking diet. Have you checked out our diet section yet?

Just keep an open mind and try to be reasonable with us. Don't let the age thing deter you from doing things the safe and right way. You max out the natural way, a few more years down the road, when you are ready for steroids, you will be amazed. But, you jump into it too soon, you face serious potential long term health risks.

dbol is shit , too many side , had hairloss
did three dbol only cycles , gains were good ( 10 lbs incr. on every cycle) , but side effects were even more good
watch ur hair and nipples on dbol , when this shit hurts its bad .
always use an AI even on first cycle .
just got to know hairs are more imp. than shitty dbol .
use test c or deca , better than " dbol the shit " , dont avoid needle , i did tht mistake , needles are easier and safer than 30mg of dbol could ever be .
