    New cycle Can you help me

    Ive been going gym for about a year now, my weight used to be about 10st 7 im now 11st 3, ive done a couple of courses of anavar and 1 course of test E.
    I look quite ripped and my muscle size has increased quite a lot.
    I train 5 times a week concentrating on one muscle group at a time.

    Ive recently purchased 2 x 10 ml of Test E ( TE - 300 ) and 1 trenmix - 200.

    So im looking at taking test E twice a week with Tren once a week, Ive got enough for a cycle for 10 weeks.
    Can anyone tell me if this is a good idea and when is the best times to take it, the guy i got them from said to do it all on the same day, but if anyone knows better id like to hear. Also what are the gains as ive read many diiferent things.

    Pct knowledge : I'm not to clues up on this, if you can suggest what I need to take.
    Bodyfat; I don't know exactly but Im very trim hardly any bodyfat.
    Diet: porridge in the morning,2 tins of tuna for lunch, chicken most nights with veg and potatoes.
    Goals: I'd like to get my weight to 12st and keep it there, increase my chest and shoulder size aswell, I have the shape and I'm defined I just want to increase size but stay toned.
    Cheers for getting back to us, let me know what you think, I've just been reccommended this so I thought I would do some research before I start.

    Your diet is subpar, go to the diet section post your diet and learn how to eat. You say you have done three cycles what was your starting weight from your first cycle

    My weight when I started was about 144 pounds. To be honest I'm not the strictest when it comes to dieting I always have two protein shakes a day aswell. How should I run this course then? And what are the main side effects.
