Need help sheding body fat quickly
HI im a long time gym user been training 4 years to strict work out plan diet isnt the best but dont at a lot of fatty foods have used sus and deca and have built good muscle but always have fat around my stomach that wont shift to reveal nice toned abs admitidly only just started running will this help and also will it help shift Gynecomastia that i think may of got through the sus and the deca and its really starting to get on my nerves and want the perfect toned body can any1 help would winstrol help in my quest without affecting my sex life as have suffered this with deca any advice would greatfully appreciated thanks

age 26 height 6'4 weight 14st 9 dont know exact body fat yet have orderd sum calipers and am waiting 4 them 2 be delivered i was taking 2ml of sus a week and 1ml deca a week for six week what does pct mean thanks for helping

What were the concentrations of the sust and deca ? 250mg/ml? More? How long ago did this cycle end?

6 weeks of long esters is a terrible cycle and the fact you just asked what PCT is scares me. Post cycle therapy ..... You should have ran Clomid/Nolva for a few weeks to restore natural test production.

am gonna do an hours running about 4 times a week and diet is tricky am never sure wot i should really it if can get sum advice would be a major help also need the Gynecomastia gone can it be done without surgery

redz i know i did sort of jump into it blind and thought common misconception of take gear wprk hard and acheive results i know naive but since training and learning more and maturing through the years am finding that want to know bout it properly

manic your right i have been and now relise the importance of the cardio and diet cardio am gonna start an hours running 4 times a week but diet need advice on if have any would be great thanks

Tell him sex drive to next to nothing and your haven't had a physical in awhile. Please do some blood work .

you need to get your hands on some letrozole my friend!! fast! run it at 2.5mg per day until gyno is gone. may take a month or so. you will need to taper down the dosage of letro to avoid estrogen rebound and aq recurrence odf the gyno. good luck

Yes sur.
Also try some nolva and AIFM.
Opinions on nolva vary, some say it helps, some say it dosen't, but AIFM worked nice for me.
As for diet, I'm no connoisseur, but I can tell you what works for me.
Basically when I want to loose weight very quickly I kind of fast.
I'll eat mabey once or twice a day, eat alot of fruit, and take in a ton of water.
I'll only do this for 4-5 days, then I'll start eating a considerable amount again, but I make sure it's clean, healthy, high protein, foods.
When I'm bulking I eat meat like a fu**in' mountain man. I love bulking.

I should have sepcified that I'm on cycle when I do it (AAS help me keep the muscle), and the one or two meals contain a solid amount of protein.
I've done it 4 or 5 times while on cycle and I have not seen any muscle loss at all.
Mabey a bit of negation, but not loss.
I only do this when I need to shed some fat around my stomach area that I obtain from bulking (and having a slow ass metabolism)

Though anabolics can help prevent muscle break down there is just no logic to eating once in a day.

there is no reason not to eat properly regardless. several meals throughout the day is the way to go, the size and content of the meals should be adjusted to match goals.

I was 251# on may 1st (probably a few days past but was the last time I weighed myself) Today is July 10 I am right now 209# ! Dropped waist from 38+ to now fitting into my dads 31" waist jeans! Bodyfat went from 18% opr so to aroun 8-10% now with my 6 pack fully visible and my are shredded. Yes I did use some hardcore anabolics but I think the fat loss was entirely from diet and cardio! Perfect diet everyday NO CHEAT DAY IN & WEEKS! and 1hr of cardio for 10 days then 1 week off, then 45min of cardio for 10 days and a week off etc. etc. dropped an average of 4-5# a week! I honestly have stopped cardio again cause I do not want to lose anymore weight! Nopw in 2 weeks I am jumping on a test and Deca cycle to throw hopefully 10# of good solid muscle back on.
Trust me as I have done thisin 10 weeks a few times! If your diet is not right on, you will never get ANYWHERE!!!

yeah thanks 4 that advice have started running now 4 times a week 4 an hour aeach run need help on the diet have got my calipers and they say that my body fat is around 1&half inchs / 10 mm how much is that in %

Steve...look up something called ASIH...anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism. If you had a cycle, and did not use any PCT, you may be vulnerable to hypogonadism. It's where your natural test production stays shut down.
You may not feel much yet, after a year, but if you do not get your natty test up and running properly, your natty test will continue to decline at a rapid rate year on year.
Just talking from experience mate...I'm on TRT now after 15 years.
Tell the doctor you have no energy, can't get out of bed, not interested in sex at all, suffering from ED, and your partner is giving you a hard time...tell him/her you heard about something called low testosterone ....convince the doctor to ok a blood test for T level. At your age it's going to be difficult to get a doctor to ok one, but insist...they'll probably want to throw you on an anti depressant, or some chit....insist on a blood test.
And FYI...nerd up on PCT before ever considering a cycle again. Winstrol , and clenbuterol are good for cutting, but without proper training, and diet, it's wasted.
Letrozole will get rid of developed gyno.

thanks mate that has been a lot of good info there i really appreciate that mate how should i ru n the letrozol should i cycle it with anything and wot bout pct for it i really appreciate all the advice and help would sus help the test problem at all and wot is a good pct for sus am following the diet plan got of here now and am running 4 times a week 4 an hour so hopefully fingers crossed can get sum improvement from that aswell
