Ok, having said that, there are a couple of things you should consider with an oral only cycle, that I found out personally, first hand, AGAINST the advice of some of the more experienced, wiser members here, including Nooomoto. I regretted not heeding their advice.
Here's what I found out first hand.
Do you have a woman?
Silly question, right?
But a dbol only cycle will kill your libido, or desire for sex. Yep, it's true. So while you are working out, looking all buff 'n stuff, your woman will be wanting some, but you won't be interested. You just won't think about it or be in the mood. So now your woman starts thinking something's going on.... you are always wanting some, now you don't. Maybe, she thinks, he's getting some on the side and isnt' interested in me anymore? Helluva headtrip this will throw on your woman. And besides, who really wants to give up pusssy, right? These symptoms will continue as long as you are on the dbol only cycle. After you stop, it will continue for as long as your cycle lasted. So say your cycle lasted 4 weeks. So now you are up to 8 weeks of symptoms. PLUS, your symptoms don't necessarily come back right away. Could take months. (Sometimes they NEVER come back!!)
Second. Dbol gains are mostly water. Why is this important? Because once you come off cycle, you will, more than likely, lose 85% of all yuor gains in a very short period of time. So you are, more or less, right back where you started, except for those damn symptoms I mentioned above.
Thirdly. We all know about protecting the liver. I'm sure you do, right?
Fourthly. I know when I used to smoke, first thing to go was motivation, which for me is counter intuitive with the necessary focus necessary for working out.
Fifthly. This site promotes a healthy lifestyle, to include diet, exercise, cardio, and a serious and healthy respect for aas. If you are smoking, I'd probably have to question your diet. If you are doing a dbol only cycle, I'd have to question your serious and healthy respect for aas.
Sixthly. Aas should be the very last thing you add to your program, and only after a couple of years of right exercise, right diet, and right knowledge.
Here's how you start. Go to the diet and exercise tabs on this bulletin board. Post your diet and exercise routines in the appropriate sections for us to see and critique. I think this would be a good first step for you.
