how many times a day should i be working out??
At the moment i'm working out one day on and one day off..
i have a 6 week course of winstrol coming through the post and am going to take testosterone for 10 weeks with it
also my pct consists of novladex and clomid...
i don't know whether working out just once a day will be enough and was wondering if anybody could tell me if working out twice a day would be a better option while taking these steroids ...
i have given my stats before and have been told by people on here that i shouldn't take steroids but my choice is my choice, i just want to make the best of the cycle and do everything i can to get the best gains from the steroids

I can get any workout completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour, you just need to focus and not talk to your buddies while you workout. Training twice a day is tough and leads to overtraining, unless you're talking about cardio am and weights pm?

Pretty much sums it up.
Weightlifting twice a day makes no sense (Although Albert Pujols does it.. .. I still don't agree with it)
Why not just go hard for an hour or 2 in the gym, get everything done you need to until your arms/legs feel like they're about to fall off (until you've built up enough resistance that they will probably just feel tight), mabey do some cardio/abs, and call it a day.
The only way I can see working out/lifting twice a day makes any sense is if you workout for 30-45 mins at a time, but at the same time your cutting down your recovery time which is just plain stupid.

i like to work out nearing the end of the day once iv built up all my nutrition from all the food i have eaten and given my body a chance to "wake up"

Whenever I get a chance, or whenever I feel like it, when I have days off.
My recovery time is very fast so I can workout late one night, and then have another decent workout around noon the next day.
That's up to you, it's all personal prefrence, and I don't believe that working out at one particular time of the day will better your results, unless it motivates you more and you get a better workout.. ala- in the day, in the gym, because beautiful women are all around you
I personally like the late-night workouts myself. Anywhere between 6pm-11pm. Sometimes I'll make a random trip to the gym early if I'm feeling like I want to get in there to see some different people.
I'm sure that will change when I get a full-time job but as of right now it works.
