    Sustanon side effects

I've just taken my 4th injection of Sus 250. This is the first time I've used it so I'm doing it on its own with no Deca .
For the last week and a half now I've had constant diarrhea. I feel absolutely fine and my appetite is as large as ever. The only problem being visiting the toilet up to 4 times a day.
I've done some reading up and not come accross much said about diarrhea and sustanon . Has anyone else experienced this? I'm assuming of course the Sustanon is causing this. Will it last for the rest of the cycle? Apart from a small rash and itchiness around the injection site, the diarrhea is my only side effect so far.
My workouts are very intense since I've been on it, and I'm making some good gains.

Sure, Im 30, 5,10 75kg atm. Been training 15 years. Diet is very good, lots of clean protein, fresh veg and medium carbs. I have upped my carbs and protein a bit actually the last two weeks due to increased workout performance. Not overboard though.
I'm sorting out some pct stuff this week with my circle of training mates. I've read up on it but probably not as clued up and they are yet.
I'm training for strengh and bulk at the moment. Lost alot of weight after having my appendix out 3 months ago. Started my cycle as soon as I was able to lift proper weights again. Too soon maybe?

There is def some issues you need to fix in your diet if you are 5'10 165lbs. Show me in detail what your diet looks like, macros included please.

Im naturally thin as a rake. Always have been. My bf isnt particularly low but I reckon it's lower than it says. I have hardly any fat on me at all. Only when I sit down round my waist!

Thing is my diet hasnt changed since starting the cycle apart from upping the amounts a bit. Yesterday I ate:

breaky 7am: large bowl porridge with milk.
    mid10am: 100g beef sanwhich, apple
1pm: chicken breast carrots and sprouts and gravy
4pm: chicken veg and gravy again
7pm pre training: two cheese on toast, apple
    9pm: protein shake
    11pm: chicken dinner again.

Ok I like my chicken but I do subsitute it for fish or other lean meats all the time. Yesterday was a long day but usually I eat 6 times a day not 7. Cut out the cheese on toast and train after my 4pm meal.
That's it for diet. I dont use vitamins or any other supplements unless I feel I need them.

Yep good threads there. So what you're saying is my body isn't getting enough calories?
I've always factored my diet around how I feel and adjust it accordingly as I go along. I once bulked to 220lbs without any drugs at all but size for size sake is not my goal here. I'm not afraid to bulk up I know I can easily lose the fat when I want to, but nevertheless I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and longterm eating habits.
I've never had diarrhea like this before and have been experimenting with my training and diet for 15 years now.

Have you tried changing proteins? What brand are you currently using?

Lately I have been buying the ready to drink protein shakes from the gym after training. I get enough protein otherwise from my diet so I don't use powders anymore. There are different types but I tend to stick to one that has medium to low carbs in it. I think they are a mixture of different proteins like whey and soy. This is the thing though apart from training harder and eating slightly more food I'm not doing anything different.
I've just bought some Imodium and some pro-biotic drinks to see if it can clear things up. Fingers and legs crossed! If not I'm off to the docs.

Try to find protein drinks that dont have a ton of magnesium in them. Too much magnesium can cause you to have diarrhea, and a lot of protein drinks have a ton of it in them.

i too believe its the protein mix causing the diarrhea, but the ready made drinks dont do that to me.

Think I'll buy some Casein today. Maybe that will slow things down a bit.

As G4R stated, you need to fix your diet as this is why you are so thin. In regards to your diarrhea, gravy has always caused me to shit like crazy. I don't know what it is about that stuff but it just runs right through me like water. I couldn't imagine eating it twice a day like you are lol. I'd be in at the toilet all day.

Also, as others have mentioned, switching proteins could also help as well.
