    i wanna do a cycle of test an deca for 16 weeks

    hi guys the first cycle i did i did test an deca used to weigth 162 an i gain 173 but i left the gym an loss everything but am back already in the gym almost to month an i wanna do deca an test for 16 weeks i wanna begiin like this

    week :1 test 300mg and deca 300 mg
    week:2 test 300mg and deca 300 mg
    week:3 test 300mg and deca 300 mg
    week:4 test 300mg and deca 300 mg
    week:5 test 300mg and deca 300 mg

    basically i wanna do the 16 weeks doing the same mg can someone tell me a good way to do it or this is fine an by the way the first time i did i break out alot inmy back i had some huges pimples that hurts like crazy does anybbody know what should i take to not get acne an how should i take it plz help i wanna start my cycle in auqust thank you

    Cycle Exp: thisone iis my 2 but the first one i didntdo it that good but i got a really good gain like 12 pounds

    You dont need steroids you need to sort your diet out first, its pointless in trying if your diet isnt in order and its plain to see thats were the problem is, the other problem is your age, it isnt worth shutting down your own hormones at your age and this can cause you a whole lot of new problems you dont want to be having, one last thing you need to research on cycles and first cycles and understand what your doing and designing because you lack knowledge in this area, so take the next 2 yrs eating correctly and researching, head over to the diet section and post your diet so we can re-design it.

    yea i undestand that but i get tired to quick in the gym dotn have to much gain an it takes to long to growth so with first cycle i made a big change why would u think it would b at least good to used for 16 weeks an them just work out to mainting what u have an work out an keeep growing urself with proteing oh what u think about that

    You didnt listen to a word I said, you dont need steroids at your age and your stats show you need to work on your diet, taking steroids wont do a thing because you cant maintain it by your diet, so after each cycle you will lose everything because your diet is bad.

    Also there are many other things wrong but this should explain it:

    AGE
    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

    Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

    Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.



    TRAINING
    You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

    Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

    Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development


    DIET
    A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins,carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

    No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

    This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.

    You shouldnt be near steroids your no wear near ready and dont have the right attitude, Goto the diet section sort out your diet then get your training in check and you will gain without steroids.

    ok i understand is that i dont have energy i get tired to quick no power thatw why i wasnt goignt to do it cuz that the only things that make me the power an the strength so what should i be eating or what pills i got to b taking oh what protein what do u recomend pills creatine what kind of things to growth or what food

    Goto Diet section, the right diet will increase energy levels.

    please listen to the solid advise that you have been givin....i understand its not what you want to here but its the truth.....your body is like a car and if you dont put the right fule in that car it wont have the energy to run....you would be amazed at how much energy you will have if you get your diet sorted out....i know your looking for a magic pill but it dosent exist bro....these peeps that are advising you here have real world experiance with all aspects of aas,diet and exercise and will give you the truth straight up.... listen to them and good luck...

    dude im no genius at this. but listen to these guys. unless u got diet and training sorted, the roids wont do crap. u said u put on 11lb, if u were eating right, u couldve doubled that easily. i know how u feel, u dont want to wait. i was in the same position. but i listened to these guys, waited a couple months until diet was on track. now im 4 weeks in my cycle and put on 10lb. (i was only bout 200lb to start with and 6'0)
