hey guys im getting my next cycle together, which will be a stack of test p, tren a, and mast. I will inject every 3rd day 100mgtest, 75mg tren and 75mg mast. i plan on running this cycle for 8-10 weeks. I am focusing on bringing up my arms and leaning down considerably. along with the workout posted below, i will be cardio 3-5 x week. pct will be clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. I plan n running HCG as well during the entire cycle at 250iu 2x/week. let me know what you think.

Wednesday:legs
Squats - 5x5
Front Squats - 2x5
Leg Press - 3x8
Hamstring Curls - Either heavy or high reps.
Thursday:back/biceps/calves
Deadlifts - 5x5
Barbell Rows - 2x5
Close Grip Pulldowns - 3x8
One Arm Rows - 2x10
Incline dumbell curls - 2x15
Preacher curl - 2x15
Any calf movement
Friday:triceps/abs
CG Bench - 3x10
Skullcrushers - 3x8
Rope Pulldowns - 3x12
Last set of Rope PDs, do a drop set.
