soreness and fever after changing lab brand, plz help

Hey guys, this is my story, i've been doing a test/tren cycle for almost 3 months now and about 2 weeks ago my buddy(provider) gave a new brand that i've never seen before. I don't bother to check if it's fake or not cause i know this guy for quite some time now. So, after my first shot with this stuff I experience high fever and extreme muscle soreness, like when you're a steroid virgin. But, as I said i'm about to close my cycle and this is my 4th cycle already. I thought maybe this new brand(mexican, all my $h!t is from mexico) was high on oil, low on test/tren. Could the excess amount of oil be giving me the fever and soreness? What do you guys think?

You have been on for long enough now anyway, throw the dodgy gear, cross your fingers and start your PCT.
