first cycle
hello, new to the forum. bought some dbol , ready to do my first cycle. I have been reading around and found some great information, i'm planning on doing this as my first cycle

OP you could run that, personally I'd skip the dbol for the first cycle. you may want to cut your bf down a bit before starting.
for pct

good advice, as far as BF % go i recently stopped my cardio, i think that when i starts my cycle doing my cardio again and keeping my diet rather strict i would lose a bit of fat. So i should stick to one compound, i've heard Dbol is a great starter, so you would recommend Test over dbol?

If your only going to do one compund there is no competition, Test beats dbol hands down
dbol only cycle = Fail
I would still try to drop the bf a little if possible,You can use dbol to kickstart but i would personally do one compound, but thats just my opinion. other members may have a different opinion to myself

i think they are telling you drop the bf prior to starting cycle not drop the bf after you start cycling general rule of thumb is 15% and under but I agree with Manicc 10-12% is much better by having a lower bf you stand a better chance at controlling ERSE's
As far as comparing dbol to test you really cant test is or should be the base for all cycles many kickstart cycles with dbol but I would also agree not necessary fot your first go around

yes best to stick to one compound for your 1st cycle as others have said, dont worry you will gain alot with just running the test

alright ill just run test,thank you for all the help. Hopefully after my Pct i manage to keep a nice bit of gains, i am hoping most of my strength and a bit of size sticks.

Just try to drop that BF fist, lessen the chance of possible gyno (among other possible sides).

just wanted to say thanks. I plan on cycling 8 weeks from today, i will hopefully drop my bf% and i will make a log.
