    Thoughts on getting started again

It's been awhile since I've been on here. Been awhile since I've been in the gym steady for that matter. I started a 55 hour/week job in the early spring and my diet and work ethic went straight down the drain. Been in the gym for about 2 weeks steady now and got my diet back on track (packing my lunch for work instead of eating with all the slobs who work there). For an easy read I'll post my stats before and now.

    Mid Winter- 6'3" 245lbs 14% bf
    Now- 6'3" 216 10% bf

Obviously I lost a drastic amount of weight by not making it to the gym regularly and letting my diet go to shit. I have gained about 4lbs in the last 2 weeks but I look and feel like a skinny little punk (compared to where I was).

I have about 5 cycles under my belt including
    test e, cyp, prop
    dbol
    tren

Long story short (not really) I was weighing the benefits/risks of starting a cycle in a few weeks to get a jumpstart on getting back to where I was and wanted some input. I realize AAS are not a shortcut. My diet will continue to be where it was prior to starting my job, it was just hard in the beginning and I got lazy.

    Anyways here's my proposed cycle:
    Test E
    1-15 500mgs/week
    Deca
    1-13/14 500mgs/week
    Dbol
    1-4
    50mgs/day

PCT will consist of clomid and nolvadex. It has got me back to normal every time I have used them so that will not be a problem. No gyno or much water retention but I still have some adex on hand.

Let me hear it guys and I'm glad to be back

In my opinion, I would stick it out naturally a little bit longer as muscle memory is going to play in your favor I am sure. Like I said, this is my opinion and from your current/previous stats/cycles and post I am certain you don't take AAS lightly. Good luck with whatever decision you do decide. Peace.

I totally understand bro. Although I am far from an expert, after reading success stories from others in regards to muscle memory, I bet that 'old' body will be regained rather quickly. Again, good luck bro and I can't wait to be remotely close to your current size lol!

It's a long haul. It's all in the diet. I know this from trial and error over and over. Get the diet wrong and you'll be back to where u started. It's a lifestyle change. I'm glad I'm back on track. You'll get there bro
