I have a mma fight coming up in about 65 days.im looking to do a short(8week) cycle that will help build some lean strenghth,i am fighting a catch weight at 195.i am currently 201,10%bf,6ft5".i am doing lots of cardio and my weight flucuates 5 pounds up or down each week(never over 201)so its not a problem to make weight but i want sugestions on a cycle that will not give me big weight gains,build strenghth,keep my motivation and energy as high as possible(or higher energy),and not hurt my joints.am i asking for to much or is it out there?i have done a couple cycles in the past.but want you guys advice for a lean strength gain and a short cycle.thanks
