Hello all, I'm new to this site. but I feel there is a lot of godd info to be had here, so I figured I'd join.
stats:
25 years old
235lbs
15% bf
2 cycles under my belt
been lifting since I was 16, lifting hard since I was 22
first cycle: mass builder
start weight: very very lean 175 ( 6% bf if I remember correctly) 2003
ending weight: very lean 198 ( 10% Bf approx, caliper test)
12 week cycle
test E at 500 mg for 12 weeks
EQ at 200 mg for 12 weeks
proviron at 25mg ed weeks 1-12
pct 100mg ed proviron with 150mg of clomid starting 2 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks.
second cycle:mass builder 2005
start weight: 210 lbs 10% bf
end weight: 223lbs 12-14% bf ( diet was a little off in the beg of cycle)
Test E 500 mg weeks 1-12
EQ 400mg weeks 1-12
Dbol 40 mg ed weeks 1-4 as a kick start
proviron same as 1st cycle
pct same as 1st cycle.
2008 injured my back, 3 back surgeries for 2 herniated discs
bed ridden for 6 months, lost most of my muscle gains, ate like shit for a year
weight was 295lbs of lard by the end of 2008
2009-present
A whole lot of eating clean, walking and running everyday on the treadmill. and high rep/set low weight training. I'm finnally close to where I left off and am ready to jump back in.
third cycle will be as follows
cutting cycle: start weight 235 15% bf
Test E at 750mgs for weeks 1-12
Tren E at 200 mgs for weeks 4-12
winny at 50 mgs ed for weeks 6-12
proviron at 50mgs ed for weeks 1-12
proviron at 150 mg and clomid at 200mgs for pct, same procedure as 1st & 2nd cycle.
nolva on hand just in case
diet is as follows
meal 1: whey protein shake
4 egg whites - 1 yolk
1 cup of oats
animal pak multivitamin
meal 2: 112g chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
flax seed oil
meal 3 ( prework out)
NLarge2 shake with water
caffein tab ( gets me pumped for the gym)
meal 4 Large salad and 1/4 cup of fat free ranch
tuna from the can
meal 5 chicken breast 112g
1 cup brown rice, 1 baked potato
small salad with vinigerette dressing
meal 6 cassein supp before bed
training: I do a 5 days a week split...

legs
shoulders
arms
chest
monday to friday.... 4 exercises per body part, 5 sets each at 12-15 reps each.
any critiques for my dosages, diet ETC?
thanks guys, and yes it's my first time on tren thats why it's so low. with this cycle and diet ( shooting for around 2000 cals a day clean) I hope to end up at around 220lbs at 8% bf - asking alot I know but thats what I want!
