    NEW MEMBER and third cycle

    Hello all, I'm new to this site. but I feel there is a lot of godd info to be had here, so I figured I'd join.

    stats:

    25 years old
    235lbs
    15% bf
    2 cycles under my belt

    been lifting since I was 16, lifting hard since I was 22

    first cycle: mass builder

    start weight: very very lean 175 ( 6% bf if I remember correctly) 2003
    ending weight: very lean 198 ( 10% Bf approx, caliper test)

    12 week cycle
    test E at 500 mg for 12 weeks
    EQ at 200 mg for 12 weeks
    proviron at 25mg ed weeks 1-12
    pct 100mg ed proviron with 150mg of clomid starting 2 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks.

    second cycle:mass builder 2005

    start weight: 210 lbs 10% bf
    end weight: 223lbs 12-14% bf ( diet was a little off in the beg of cycle)

    Test E 500 mg weeks 1-12
    EQ 400mg weeks 1-12
    Dbol 40 mg ed weeks 1-4 as a kick start

    proviron same as 1st cycle
    pct same as 1st cycle.

    2008 injured my back, 3 back surgeries for 2 herniated discs

    bed ridden for 6 months, lost most of my muscle gains, ate like shit for a year

    weight was 295lbs of lard by the end of 2008

    2009-present
    A whole lot of eating clean, walking and running everyday on the treadmill. and high rep/set low weight training. I'm finnally close to where I left off and am ready to jump back in.

    third cycle will be as follows

    cutting cycle: start weight 235 15% bf

    Test E at 750mgs for weeks 1-12
    Tren E at 200 mgs for weeks 4-12
    winny at 50 mgs ed for weeks 6-12
    proviron at 50mgs ed for weeks 1-12
    proviron at 150 mg and clomid at 200mgs for pct, same procedure as 1st & 2nd cycle.

    nolva on hand just in case

    diet is as follows

    meal 1: whey protein shake
    4 egg whites - 1 yolk
    1 cup of oats
    animal pak multivitamin

    meal 2: 112g chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice
    flax seed oil


    meal 3 ( prework out)
    NLarge2 shake with water
    caffein tab ( gets me pumped for the gym)

    meal 4 Large salad and 1/4 cup of fat free ranch
    tuna from the can


    meal 5 chicken breast 112g
    1 cup brown rice, 1 baked potato
    small salad with vinigerette dressing

    meal 6 cassein supp before bed

    training: I do a 5 days a week split...
    back
    legs
    shoulders
    arms
    chest
    monday to friday.... 4 exercises per body part, 5 sets each at 12-15 reps each.

    any critiques for my dosages, diet ETC?

    thanks guys, and yes it's my first time on tren thats why it's so low. with this cycle and diet ( shooting for around 2000 cals a day clean) I hope to end up at around 220lbs at 8% bf - asking alot I know but thats what I want!

    Looks decent, though to be honest, for a 3rd cycle, I think you'd grow just fine on 500mg/week of Test. I've never run Tren E (only Tren A), but that seems like a conservative dose. I could be wrong (like I said, I've never run the long-ester tren before). Personally, I'd start the Tren E with the Test E @ week 1.

    yeah, The tren E was the only thing i'm not 100% on, not sure how long I should run it, I know tren A is usually 5-6 weeks. because of it longer ester i'm wondering if I can safely run it along side the test at 200mgs for the whole 12 weeks?

    I think you should be fine, especially at that dosage. Personally, I've ran Tren Acetate for 8+ weeks without issues.

    great, thanks for the info bro, does anyone have any exp. with tren E, with my training and diet in check, How lean can I get with this cycle... my goal is 8% down from 15%, anyone with 1st hand exp?

    people need to understand "STEROIDS" dosent make you cut, your diet is what makes you cut, only thing that tren and so on does, is make you hard as a rock and make your veins stick out... I was cutting on dbol so this should answer your question.

    @canyoudigit did you even read my first post? i'm not a noob, don't talk to me like one, and i'm sorry but certain aas do have an effect on adipose tissue (fat) . soooo given my diet and training are in check, will this dose and duration of tren lend itself well to the results i'm after? I have cut on test E, I know it helps me lose BF, I have never used tren.... thats what i'm asking about, what results can I expect with the tren that I did not experience without it? anyone with exp? if you had read my first post you would have seen that I KNOW plenty about the importance of diet and cardio

    I never said you were a noob, I never did talk to you as one, I told you what makes you cut bf to about 80%, which is your diet, and I did tell you that tren makes you muscle look harder and veins stick out, it does make you lose some BF or look like you did lose BF, but your cardio will be "raped" by tren which will make it harder for you to do cardio.

    Ok so I've started the cycle, I have made a few changes, I've extended the cycle to 15 weeks total to take full advantage of the test E and lowered the dose to 500mg/week , I will be running the winny at 50mg ed from weeks 1-4 to kick start the cycle and from weeks 11-15 to finish it strong, also i've upped the tren E to 400 mg/week from weeks 3-15 and will be running letro throughout.

    correction, I will have letro on hand for possible prog. related gyno, will not be running it through out, will be running proviron through out

    im no expert but i think u need caber for progesterone gyno m8, letro is just a strong AI i believe

    After doing some research maybe u can use letro for what u want, need some clarity on that one tho

    yeah I was a little gray on that as well, but soem research on this site said it can be used to lower progesterone levels as well

    here is the quote from the steriod profiles section

    "Trenbolone acts on progesterone receptor but not the estrogen receptor). As you know, Trenbolone is unfortunately, a progestin: it binds to the receptor of the female sex hormone progesterone (with about 60% of the actual strength progesterone) (4). In hyper-sentitive steroid.com members this can lead to bloat and breast growth when combined with an estrogenic or aromatizable product, but probably not with out one (14); worse still, Trenbolones active metabolite (17beta-trenbolone) has a binding affinity to the progesterone receptor that is actually greater than progesterone itself (5). No need to panic though, the aromatase inhibitor Lertrozole can also lower progesterone levels, and combat any progestenic sides (15)(16). I would strongly consider it´s inclusion at .25-.5mgs/day in a cycle"

    anyone else have this on hand for the gyno, only if needed - as I know it will kill my gains and lead to a bad rebound effect of estrogen?

    I just finished a cycle (my 5th) similar to the one you are on. I ran Tren A for 10 weeks at 100mg EOD and experienced no sides other than night sweats. If you are running tren E then the sides will be even less I would think. I'd worry more about the higher amount of test and being prepared for its sides.

    FYI I ran Win 50mg ED 1-5; 100mg Prop, 100mg TrenA EOD 1-10; and 75mg Mast EOD 4-10 for my cycle. I know that personally I dont start seeing sides until after I get over 1400mg a week but everyone is different. I'd have the Letro on hand but I don't know that I'd use it unless you started getting sides. The quote you gave said "In hypersensitive" members. Are you one of those? Otherwise I wouldnt stress too much.

    I will say that 750mg of test a week is a lot for a cutting cycle IMHO and would stress me out at this point in my experience.

    I'm def not hypersensitive to what I've done before, but i'm not sure about tren, yeah bro I agree 100% on 750mg being overkill for cutting, so I've extended my cycle to 15 weeks and dropped the test to 500mg

    on my other cycle I didn't notice any sides while on cycle, during pct on my first cycle I got slight lethargy and depressed for a couple weeks but thats it, I know my body can handle the test, just wasn't sure about the tren, we'll see how it goes I guess... btw what were your results from your cycle?, I was thinking about running the same for next season

    Okay I personally dont like long cycles and would just have run my cycle at the length I planned with less mg but its your show.

    I had great results. I dropped from 14%bf at 237lbs to 8% and 224lbs. that means I picked up about 1.5lbs of lean mass as well. My diet was very clean, I kept track of every meal in a journal and zigzaged my caloric intake to promote increased metabolism. I also ran for 30 mins in the morning and lifted 5 to 6 nights a week HARD with a little more cardio after that. On my off days I would play sports or do physical labor. Overall I was very pleased.
