I've had this sitting on my shelf in my closet for about 3 years now. It's been in a temp controlled room, out of sunlight/direct light.

Is this stuff still good to take?

There's an exp of 08 on it.

Its fine to take. If it is at al cloudy then reheat it to about ~80-100*C and then let it cool.
