First things first...why not start at age 25? Going from 500-750-500 is not needed and sticking to straight 500 is fine,You have growth left at 172 pounds as well.

    what is your body fat%?
you shouldn't be on cycle, and your last thread indicated you don't know how to run winny.

Well I have been working out for over 10 years and haven'd really been able to gain any more muscle then I already have in the past 4 years so I thought I would do a cycle to help push me past that point I was stuck at.

you're a little young in my opinion, a bit light, and I personally feel that steroids aren't the kind of thing you should learn as you go. you are in the 7th week of a cycle and still asking questions on what you should do in this very cycle. I feel that an abundance of research should be done long before you start injecting yourself with hormones. just my 2 cents.

So what have you done with your diet to help get the gains you are looking for? You shouldnt be on any cycle, and besides that, if you are not on a good bulking diet, then steroids alone are not going to get you to where you want to be.

So what does your diet look like?

The reason I am asking these questions now is because my source was guiding me along from the beginning and I had everything planned out based on his advice but now I am starting not to trust him and to second guess his advice so I am asking my questions here instead.

I havent really been eating to bulk because I want to cut up my stomach. So far I am happy with my strength and muscle gains but at the same time im working on losing fat. Heres an example of what I ate yesterday, eggwhite sandwitch on multigrain bread, turkey sandwitch on multigrain, protein shake, grilled chicken and pasta.

You have many things to learn and you shouldnt be cycling, you should be researching not asking questions like this while in the middle of a cycle. Your also to young IMHO and if you cant gain weight naturally you arent going to maintain it when you come off cycle because your diet isnt good enough.

Wow, the vets are really stickin it to you in this thread. Sucks to be you.

I'll point out one more thing since no one else seems to have yet... your first cycle should really just be one component. So you know how your body reacts to test in your PCT... You wanna learn these things. If you run win it will change your PCT experience and its important to know how your body reacts to test alone since its going to be the major chem in every cycle you'll run in the future. Save the Win for next time homey.

Oh, you should be trying to put on muscle first. Cutting cycles seem to be touchier and harder to do (require more discipline IMHO). This summer was my first real cutting cycle and its my 5th year of straight bodybuilding (weights for sports like football before that for the previous 10 years). When I started the vet who helped get me get started told me the same. Spend a few years increasing your muscle, dont worry about being ripped, you've got pleanty of time for that when you're huge, plus its a lot easier to lose fat when you've got muscles to burn the calories.

Oh, (last "oh" I promise)... it sounds like your "source" is a buddy or gym acquaintance or something. I've never met a dude who'd sell $#!t to a newb who had any real idea what he was doing. It seems most of them are meat heads who just know what they know through buddies who also had no clue. Probably better not to listen to him again and come here and read.

thank you neevor, you are the only one who offered any actual helpful advice instead of blasting me and everything you said made sense. So I will keep my first cycle simple with just the test. What pct would you recommend for me? Also, one person said my diet was not good enough instead of explaining how I can improve it, so maybe you can tell me how it needs to be changed. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Instead of waiting for the answer to fall into your lap do some research. This way you will actually learn something and you can help yourself. Go to the diet section and watch the videos and post your diet there so it can be reworked. If you do not no what pct is you are in no way ready to be cycling. There are plenty of educational threads and stickies on pct look them up by yourself and read them like a big boy.

I am reading them and there is a lot of variations and ways for things to be done. Why do you assume I am waiting for the answer to fall into my lap? I explained that I had everything planned out with my source but now have reason not to trust him and his advice anymore. I am just trying to get some advice here thats all.

We have done nothing but give you helpful advice, its just not the advice you want to hear.

In reference to the diet statement, that was me
I didnt explain how to improve it because you never told me what yours currently consisted of. You told me a few things you ate the other day.... that doesnt help.

Well thats true, I dont want to hear that I shouldn't be on cycle lol. Ok what are the specifics you want to know about my diet? I try to eat mostly lean meats high in protein, I stay away from fatty and fried foods, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, peanut butter, fish, protein shakes, brown rice, not a lot of carbs, and I try to eat 5 small meals when I am able to (throughout the day) You know, all the healthy stuff.

Just because its healthy doesnt mean it will get you where you want to be. You need goal orientated diets.

I am more than happy to help you get started, if you are willing to put the steroids on hold for a while.

Sounds good to me, I would appreciate that. I will put them on hold but I think I should finish my current cycle of test, no?

If you were going to listen to everything I tell you, I would say stop now, wait two weeks, then go on PCT.... if you were to listen to everything I tell you....

Very cool of you to be willing to talk to the OP G4R. This is the sort of stuff I'm becoming used to seeing from you. Always being concerned with newbs diets and getting them on the right track. Nice work and glad you're a part of this forum.
