What if you have a case of gyno (gyno from puberty not from a cycle) and take anabolics, hgh, testosterone booster etc. Will the gyno go away while on cycle, stay the same or get worse?

Well, depending on your BF%, and the dosage of the cycle, but it could get worse.

im 6'2 275, idk my bf% its not too bad though i workout regurlarly and I am pretty strong. Ive never been on a cycle and probably wont be for at least another 3 years but this has been a question ive been thinking about. I didnt type gyno into the search because those threads are all about getting gyno while on cycle and what not. I just want to know if anyone on here had gyno before they even took a steroid . Then they decided to go on a cycle and I want to know what happend to their gyno including after they got off and after they took their pct's.
