    First time cycle!!

    Hi to all this is my first time cycle i have done dbol befor but i carnt call that a cycle. I do have a inlarged prostate to start with so i dont know if this is a good idea so please any help would be good.

    Test e 300 (600 mg a week)
    Week 1 – 1ml monday 1ml Thursday
    Week 2 - 1ml monday 1ml Thursday
    Week 3 - 1ml monday 1ml Thursday
    Week 4 - 1ml monday 1ml Thursday
    Week 5 - 1ml monday 1ml Thursday
    Week 6 - 1ml monday 1ml Thursday

    Dbol – 30mg a day for week 1 to week 3
    Stanzolol 30mg a day week 3 – 6
    milk thistle.

    I have n/dex on the side if I need it.

    PCT Week 7 Hcg 500

    Week 8 – Clomid – 2 a day
    Ndex - 2 a day

    Week 9 – clomid - 2 a day
    Ndex - 2 a day

    Week 10- Clomid –1 a day
    Ndex - 1 aday

    We will need you to get an accurate BF% for us, it is very important.

    Also, to better help you, please list out your diet in detail (macros, times you eat, serving sizes, etc). Use the template I put up to see how we need to you to list it.

    I only put 4 meals on, but you obviously need at least 6 meals a day, no more than 3 hours apart.

    Meal 1:

    Xxxxxx (fat xxg, cals xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg)

    Your proposed cycle is pretty worthless, read the educational threads and reformat your cycle. 6 weeks is not long enough on a longe estered compound to yield good results.

    Lets figure out your diet first, then we will worry about the cycle.

    I could have some help on my diet all i do is 120gms of protine shakes a day split into 3 times a day and a Chicken Breast or tuna every 3 hours any help will be good as im being told so much diffrent things and you know what you are doing so the help would be good thanks.

    My body fat index is 28.4%

    Thanks i have some photos now the help im getting is grate so thank you to all that are helping me i do train hard but hitting a wall. I have been told that if i eat right and go on test e 300 and dbol i will get good gains and lose the fat?

    Fat loss comes from cardio and proper diet you need to get those things in order first. Looks like you are carrying some excess bf, you need to put the gear on the shelf and drop a few lbs. While doing this use the search button and do some research. Read the educational threads as well and educate yourself.

    Thanks guys you know your stuff its not as easy as my so called frends make out it is all i know is i have over £300 worth of stuff and carnt use it yet but i know you are right so i will diet first loose the fat and do the cycle its going to take a long time. how does this sound

    Breakfast
    2 whole eggs 4 egg whites and ½ cup of oats


    Mid-Morning Snack
    Reflex Instant Whey with water 40g
    2 chicken brests 30g of oats

    2pm gym
    Lunch
    Chicken breast and salad no dressing on 2 slices wholemeal bread


    Mid-Afternoon Snack
    Reflex Instant Whey with water 40g
    2 chicken brests


    Dinner
    Salmon fillet (300g) Broccoli (75g) cooked in olive oil.

    please dont take this the wrong way, but in your current condition, if you were to start putting test E and dbol in your system, all you would see is a skin coloured version of the stay puft marshmallow man in the mirror. Cycling, especially with highly estro building compounds like Test E and Dbol, while at such a high bodyfat will look horrendous.

    Steroids do not create those chissilled bodies you see in magazines... diet, training and then gear to perfect the look is what does.

    Hi what do you meen my frend would you not have a PCT? as i would not do a cycle without a good PCT
