Best way to calculate Body fat %?
I know I'm around 14-18% bf but I just don't know where I fall. I don't have access to calipers. I've seen a few calculators but can someone link me a calculator that is most accurate? I'll do the measurements but I just don't have the caliper access.

Please go easy on me guys...This is the OP. I've been fat all my life and have recently over the last 5 months made some progress. I've only been lifting for 5 months, I'm not a big guy, and don't claim to be. I just want a concrete answer on my bodyfat so I can know that number and shoot for the 15% goal I have atm.
Thanks in advance, and yes my thread got hijacked but I am the OP and this is me.

Thanks man, it's a little higher than I wanted to hear but hey the truth can hurt. Thanks for the vote of confidence and yeah, I still have some of the old fatass habits I kept for so long. My diet is pretty on point up until the late night hours come. I do 35 mins of cardio 3-4 days a week....You suggest adding time and days to that? Along with cutting out the later night eating?
-
Im in the same boat bro, however im trying to cut from 14% to 10% and gain lbm at the same time..
You really need to cut out food late at night and add 10mins to your cardio, 45mins would be better. I would also stick to cardio 4x a week if you can..
Remember you can do this easily, just takes a little time patients and dedication..

Get a DEXA scan... most accurate way of mesuring body fat and bone density. Try Universities if you are close to one. Their health science dept. should have one if they are worth a damn. It will be free if you sign up for a study.
