u dont need the sugar spike for post workout from redbull. a can of coke will do the job mate.![]()

Pop or redbull are horrible post workout nutrtion!!!! both of these are full of high fructose corn syrup, which does do not glycogenate the muscles like both dextrose and maltodextrin...you will store fat if you use frustose even post work out because your body is unable to efficiently burn and use it.
You should use somthing high in dextorse or maltodextrin which are both simple sugars that the body can efficiently use and turn into glycogen.
pineapple juice or grape juice are great or you can buy dextrose for super cheap!
Keep eating high fructose corn syrup an you will be well on your way to a big stomach and diabetes.
I would say Redbull at the start of the workout or not at all.
Maybe during on a bulk and on a long workout.
I vote pineapple juice.. contains a digestive enzyme bromelain..
Ill let you guys research what its good for.
redbull is as harsh or harsher then steroids on your system if you take 2+ per day
I usually go with oats and a banana offseason

Never had a Red Bull post workout, maybe a sugar free Red Bull pre-workout.
