33 years old, working out for 20 years, 5'9, 220, 22% bodyfat, would like to get bodyfat down to the low teens, have been cutting for about 1 year now, lost 50 pounds.....complete stagnation of fat loss, tried clean bulking for 2 months, then back on cutting, but complete plateau...have tried several diets including keto/ psmf and HIIT aerobics...
Never done a cycle, no access to different supplements...

The good news here is that you don't need chemicals and compounds to lose fat. All you need is diet and exercise. Both are very affordable and readily accessible.
start with some fat burners and diet because a fat, bald guy covered in pimples is not sexy no matter how strong u think u are
The answer here is maybe but probably not if you are 22% bodyfat and cant lose any more. Something else is wrong. You're diet or your excersize routine is messed up somehow. It should be no problem to drop down to 12% bodyfat with the right diet and excersize regardless of if you take roids.
Bodybuilders take roids on cutting cycles to maintain muscle they have worked hard to build as they drop down from the low teens into the single didgets. Your weight, hight, and body fat tells me that you have a solid amount of muscle which is great for losing down into the low teens. Once you get below 15% you might consider doing a cutting cycle then?
Are you eating low carb high protein 6 to 7 meals a day 1000 calories below your current maintenance caloric intake?

At 22% something isnt right and its not testosterone that will solve it.
I would go with diet, cardio and a cutting chem like clen or t3 or albuterol.

go to diet section and have another look at KETO from what I have read most people that dont lose doing keto simply dont have the will power to follow through.....just my opinion ST
i understand the advice about not using test or other major AAS for fat burning with a high bf%.... but the advice someone had here on clen/T3.... is that something that can be considered?
Clen is just another thermogenic. If you werent loosing weight on effedra then you wont on Clen. Similar compounds and I'm still thinking the OP is missing something in either his diet or his excersise.
Wouldnt go with T3 if you are a beginner. It'll burn both fat and muscle. Better to avoid it till you're actually on a cycle.
