I'm currently running a PCT of clomid and nolva coming off of 750mg/wk test e for 16 weeks. The entire four months of my cycle I was lifting very heavy, gained 17 lbs and I'm down to a gain of 15 2 weeks out of my last shot.
PCT as follows:
Clomid: 150/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20
What kind of workout routine do you guys think would be optimal to maintain muscle without inducing muscular atrophy from over training? Should I just stay out of the gym for a couple weeks and wait for my HPTA to get back on track? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
