Questions on my Upcoming cycle.

Hey guys, im new to the forum & kinda new to the scene. Ive done a cycle of Test E 250 before and actually got some nice gains but as a newb i didnt take anything along with it and ended up losing my gains badly.


Upcoming cycle:

Test E 500 / 2 shots a week of 250 for 10 weeks.
HCG / 5000iu in vial.
Nolva

So my concern is when shall i start my HCG? and how shall i take it? after doing research some ppl would say i dont need HCG with this cycle and some have taken like 1000iu a week for 5 weeks or 500 iu every 4 days. I cannot seem to clarify when to start it... some people use it as PCT? some use it DURING cycle...

Also mixing... i need help with the math etc. how many 1ml of bacterio shall i get etc. and can i just leave the mixture in the vial the HCG came in. Sorry for being new :/
