    Why am I so Bloated?

    45 years old
    5' 7"
    210 lbs.
    bf about 20%
    7th week of 12 week cycle
    HGH Jintropin Green Tops 4iu/day
    Test. Enan 500mg./week
    Tren Enan 400mg./week
    Dbol 40mg. for the first 6 weeks.
    Arimadex 1/2 mg./day for the first 6 weeks (now .25mg. twice a week)

    Diet consists of one fresh squeezed grapefruit in the morning, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and a banana.
    Then throughout the day, Tuna, Fish and/or Chicken Breast, egg whites, very lean steak a once or twice a week, a lot of salad, Pasta or potatoes here and there, sipping on MuscleTech Nitrotech throughout the day.

    I am not necessarily getting cut as I have in the past with this cycle but I am getting muscular and solid. However, not as big and solid as the past either.

    The problem is that even though my stomach is solid right now, it is so bloated that I look 6 months pregnant. Doesn't match the rest of my body at all.
    It actually makes me look like a fat muscular guy.

    How can I stop the bloating or better yet, get rid of it?

    i should drop some from stopping the dbol

    Also why are you running the arimdex like that?

    1mg a day is way to much and probably killed your estrogen. You need estrogen to grow.

    .25 x2 a week isnt much either.

    I'd like to see what others say but your hormones are probably all over

    I read that I should take 1/2mg - 1mg./day on Steroid .com on the first page that describes steroids .

    Therefore, I took 1/2mg./day until a week ago.

    What do you mean by "i should drop some from stopping the dbol "?

    i cant understand why now your running .25mg x2 a week?
    dbol causes bloating. So since you just stopped it some bloating sgould drop.

    After posting to the forums a week or so again, others suggested that I cut my my Arimadex to .25mg twice a week.
    I understand that Dbol causes some bloating but usually with me, it is a muscular bloating all over.
    Right now, I am looking pregnant.

    Dark colored shirts and an hour of cardio a day are your best friends. I'd also recommend holding your stomach in. I do this non stop while i'm awake and get true results from it.

    Your bodyfat is pretty high. That won't be helping with bloat.

    i get sick water retention from using gh at only 2iu a day. maby it kan be the gh. have u used it before ??

    Yeah, my bodyfat got high for two reasons. First, on my last PCT, I screwed it up. Next, I took about a year and a half off of training and took on a second job. Therefore, I was working a regular day job and at night, another full time job. I was eating anything and everything that I wanted from coconut curry to cheesecake with the attitude that when I finished the second job, I would hit the gym again and still have muscle memory.
    Anyways, it isn't the bodyfat that I am concerned about, that is burning off, it is just the fact that I am really bloated on my stomach.

    My arms, chest, delts, legs and all are shaping up and starting to look muscular again. But my darn stomach, even though it is getting solid, is making me look pregnant.

    I was kind of wondering the same thing. This is my first time using HGH. I used 2iu/day for 5 days a week for 2 months before AAS. Then when I started my AAS, I started 4iu/day for 5 days a week. Now that I am looking around the net more, I am seeing a bit more about HGH and bloating. Well, since this is my first time, I am not sure what it is suppose to make my stomach look like. Yesterday, I was looking at some of these Sylvestor Stallone articles and I starting thinking, "well, how come I never saw his stomach look like he was pregnant?".

    I know what dbol does with water retention and know what it makes me look like. Therefore, I know that this bloating was not from the dbol.

    My wife is now 6 1/2 months pregnant and I am not sure whose stomach is bigger.

    Bro it sounds like you got a gnarly bloat from the increase in GH.

    It's notorious for water retention.

    What type of HGH are you using?! is it generic or pharm-grade?

    You may want to look into one of the current threads that dispute generic HGH's authenticity...

    Also... did you taper up your dose from 2iu to 4iu? or did you just do a sudden doubling up of the dose?

    ... If you're really concerned then drop the d-bol; however, I don't think that's necessary. You could just reduce to 25 - 30mg/ed. But I think that HGH is probably the culprit.

    I am using Jintropin Green Tops from GenScience. I did not taper from 2iu/day up to 4iu/day. I just jumped up to 4iu/day however, I have now been on 4iu/day for 7 weeks.

    I dropped the dbol over a week ago. The dbol I tapered off from 40mg./day for 6 weeks to nothing in a week. In other words, at the end of my dbol cycle, I took a week to taper down.

    Honestly I would suspect that HGH is probably the culprit.

    You could consider using a diuretic in intervals to help get rid of some of that bloat.

    You'll be pissing none-stop..

    How's your diet? Do you intake large amounts of sodium??

    Don't mind going to the restroom a lot if it will get rid of the bloat. I have tried Clen a few times. Believe it or not, it does nothing for me.
    I am taking almost no sodium. Very high protein diet, little carbs and a lot of salads.
