making tren, filter broke, what is potency?

my buddy and i were making tren 20 ml @ 200mg and the filter broke. it didnt blow out, the part top that twists into the syringe cracked. this caused a leak and the end to our adventure. we had filtered 15 cc's of the 20cc's we were were aiming for.

my question is regarding the potency of what was filtered. my thought was we had 15ml at 200mg/ml but had also thought it would be greater than 200mg b/c 2 cc's were not able to purge the filter.

any thoughts on this?
