New to all this, Advice needed
Hi Peeps, I'm thinking of doing my first course but I have no idea what I should be doing, I've trained well over the past few years and my body adapts well to exercise and training, but I've not trained at all for about a year due to study commitments and work. My physical stats are as follows :
5'8
11 Stone ish to 11 1/2 (Varies)
Body Fat is around about 14-16% now
24.5 ish BMI
I have good knowledge of training as I am a PT and have a degree and masters in sport science, I have also worked with a number of decent athletes in the UK.
I am after some advice on what people recommend I should do for my first course and what for post cycle and how I should run it, I do not want to do tablets with injections being the better option. Advice would be great....
Thanks Kev

Ok, you definatley have room to grow naturally, so forget the gear for now.
You need to get back into training and start making some gains.
Get your diet posted in the diet forum and we can take it from there.
Read the stickies and view some of the other threads in the diet section to see how to lay out your diet for us (Macros etc..), we will also want to see aproximate TDEE.
Also what are your goals?
Move over to the diet forum now and I will help you out.

I know, when I train for 6 months I'll stick a stone on, the gains come easy when I train consistent I just want to plan for the future as I wont be touching anything until I've got back to were I could bench squat etc.. My diet is not the best at the moment because i'm studying but finish in like a month. I want to put some lean muscle on but also a bit of size, I know when I train my body fat will drop to 10% as it use to always be around there.

I know that, I'm asking for advice for future use. Theres no way i'm going to spend money on something that i know will not work because i'm not eating right or not in the right stage of training. I'm asking for general guidelines.

Well when the time comes and your are ready we will advise you. It would be like a 16 year old coming here and saying alright i wanna cycle but i'll wait 8 years but could you tell me how to do it now just because. For all we know you will take the advise and start now then run into to troubles and say we gave you advise on how to do it.
My advise is work on your diet and thats all i feel comfortable recommending

Haha yeah ok, I will not touch anything until my normal gains have stopped or reduced through a good diet and good training. I have little knowledge not about exercise no...well thats not what my degree and masters say and my work with British Olympic athletes. I just have no idea about steroids what to take, when to take how to take etc..

Cheers anyway guys.

You may have knowledge of exercise but it does not show with your build. Either you dont practice what you preach or you have serious diet issues. I think it is the diet.
Steroids are not an easy way out. Diet helps to make more gains and preserve them. If you havent built a natural base you are more likely to lose everything after you get off

Yeah i know, I've been studying serious for my masters. Its one year in the uk, not two in the usa so its a lot of work. I have been to 13 stone before and cut, i know what i'm capable of and your right i have not practised what i preach. No the issue is I dont eat well or train full stop at the moment, I'm being honest. Not trained for over 12 months.

Well then why get on AAS? If you arent training at all you could definitly put on a lot of ass in the next year naturally.
It should go diet, training, then AAS. Not any other way. Finish your studies, get your diet right, train hard for at least a year and see what happens. I guarantee you will put on some serious mass if you do these things

As you have a degree and masters in sport science could you please back this post up with an explanation to these outragous claims?
''I know, when I train for 6 months I'll stick a stone on, the gains come easy when I train consistent,,, I want to put some lean muscle on but also a bit of size, I know when I train my body fat will drop to 10% as it use to always be around there.''
Out of intrest which British Olympic Atheletes were you working with?
And by the way, u can have every qualification in the world, I dont care, no one on this forum does, it doesnt mean you know a thing about bodybuilding.
I mite sound like im trying to be an arse, thing is I know where you need help, it is shouting out at me, you need to get over to the diet forum, we are all willing to help you over there.
