    is my diet in check?

    Have my first contest 12 weeks away.
    i am 5'6" 180lb and 11% BF 25years old
    my diet is this:

    Plan to start test prop 50mg ED in 1 week
    Tren ace 40mgED in 2 weeks
    Winniy 50mg 6 weeks out
    clen with T3 in 1 week
    i have cabaser and arimi on hand and will run hcg last 3 weeks of cycle. and nolva /clomid for pct.


    as of right now i do cardio 3x a week right after my morning shake:
    this is my first contest

    my question is does my diet/cycle look good at this point?
    any advice or pointers?
    i have done 2 previous test cycles before but never did tren. this is my first contest

    looking fairly good to me.... what times are you taking these meals?

    take the shake imidietley when i wake up, then meal 2 40min after the shake.. the post workout shake i take when i get home form the gym then have my meal around 40min after that. all other meals are spaced out every 2.5-3 hours

    why the shake first thing. why not real food then more real food later?

    well two reasons. one is i have a very hard time getting an appetite immediately when i wake up.. and also im doing cardio in the morning so that way i have some protein in me and its not on a completely empty stomach

    i dont see anything wrong with a shake 1st off, although im generally eating summit solid no more than 30mins after

    alright that makes more sense. i thought you just woke up drank a shake then ate 40 minutes later. I didnt realize there was cardio in between. I dont see a problem with that then
