Hey everyone, im new to the scene so i apologizes if im in the wrong section and such.
Ive recently started a cycle of anavar to cut weight and tone up.
Ive been taking 20mg x 3times day while doing a 30min+ workout on a rowing machine at level 10 for the last two weeks and i know its early but i feel my gains a little low.
Ive had a weight loss of 4lbs but i dont feel any strength gain.
is there any suggestions? should i up my dosage to 80mg a day? show i change my workout routin? any suggestions are appreciated.
