hcg and gear in same syringe!

hey guys,
i dont really like sub q even tho they r kind of painless,still rather avoid enjecting my self too much, i do twiss a week 1 cc of eq and 1 cc of test e,
id like to add to it hcg in week 4 at dosage of 250 iu,can i put it all in one syringe at the same time and do it intramuscular or i have to do the hcg sub q ?

You can do hcg im i believe but subq would be better...
